The AC was either off or set high and there was even a fan blowing that same 80-degree air around--so not comfortable at all. I had some communication issues with the front desk (nothing new), but they asked me to pay before the massage, which never happened before. I figured maybe they had past issues, so I let it slide. Then I got to the massage table. The disposable face cover had lipstick on it, so I wasn't about to put my face there. I waited until the therapist returned and told her. She replaced it, but I was still pretty grossed out. Honestly, I wouldn't put my naked body on those tables for a full-body massage in that condition. That said, the massage was strong and deep. She adjusted the pressure when I asked and used the full 30 minutes. She found the knots, though I still left with some--I have chronic issues, so no miracle expected. I'll stick to foot and chair massages next time. The quality of the massage is there, but with that heat and the table setup, I wouldn't do a full-body until they sort that out.

I paid upfront as soon as I walked in and wrote on the receipt $20 tip before I even got serviced. The massage includes 60 min aromatherapy massage, hot stones, and steam bath. Massage experience: was ok. Wasn't the worst experience I had but not the best massage ever. I did wake up sore the next day but it could be just cos it's called deep tissue massage, so I won't fault it. Customer service: there was lots of talking between my massage therapist and my bfs therapist so it was hard to relax at times. The door kept opening and closing I think there was another worker who was talking or something not sure. The ladies were nice however during the massage. After our 60 min massage, they ushered us to the front desk and told me if I can add another $20 to my tip, that $10/hr for each of them was not enough. So I changed my tip to 40. I felt uncomfortable for that fact, and don't think they each deserved 20 after all the talking that was done throughout the massage with one another, but I go by the philosophy of fool me one time, shame on you, but there will be no second time. Overall for the service they provide they are readily available, accommodating and nice. Can work on the relaxation part better during session. The company should also pay their therapists rather than having them rely on tips so they don't have to haggle customers for it. It is quite embarrassing but I understand it.
