Got a windshield replacement in my work truck, 5 days later when it rained it poured gallons of water through the top of my windshield, flooding my dashboard center console steering column and over an inch of water in my floorboard. I told him I wanted a refund on my windshield for the job not being done properly, they said that the owner was not willing to do that and would only give me $50 off my next windshield purchase or $20 for my gas troubles. I brought my car in for a new windshield. The second I saw my car after I knew something was wrong. The plastic strips that run along the window/doors were sticking out about an inch, both sides were not flush. They tried to tell me that that's the way it was before they replaced the windshield, but I knew it wasn't. My mechanic came to the shop and verified that it wasn't like that before. They miraculously had video and pictures proving that it was like that before. The video only shows the man getting out of the car not the man pulling up into the bay. I fully believe that they ruined the plastic strips by being aggressive and bending them. And then doctored the video, took photos, and then refused to fix it. Very disappointed with them. The worst part was the way I was treated. The big guy with the beer belly, was wearing a bright yellow shirt and was very rude and dismissive to me and my mechanic. We caught him, rolling his eyes many times, and he treated me poorly when I originally got there and asked a simple question. Very dissatisfied, and will never recommend this place. I might even take this to court. I wish I had taken it to the other place, which was only $10 more. I should've read more reviews. This was in Redding, California. read more

Highly recommend. I expected to make an appointment. Dave gave me a quote of $310 out the door on my 2002 F150 windshield. He said, it's in stock and it will take 45 minutes to replace and he was able to do it now. I had to pick up kids from school in about an hour. I arrived in 5 minutes. As I checked in, his team took over and to my amazement they were done in 30 minutes. I was on time to pick up my kids. Their process is very efficient and I'm very happy with the results. Long story but the rear window on my 2011 Tacoma was vandalized and broken. Some facilities offered "next week". Others priced out at nearly $1000. It's difficult to get call backs in Redding. Not sure why. Decided to just visit a few shops to get things moving. Thankfully, I went to All Auto Glass because it was closest. The owner was funny -- he teased me about the high prices over at Lithia Chevrolet, and he was really nice to my daughter and my granddaughter (she's 2 years old). We left our leftover doggie bag in his office and he reminded us about it, and then warned us not to drive off with it when we left it on top of the car. (Yeah, it was one of those afternoons....) I love this place. I drove down from Oregon this weekend and on my way through the Shasta mountain something fell either off a tree or off the mountain and destroyed my windshield. This was friday night at 11PM, luckily i was near our vacation rental. We sent all auto glass a message at night and get a reply at 8AM on Saturday from the owner Jimmy, he was only going to be at the shop for about an hour but he had my windshield already in stock and waited for me to get to his shop in the morning. My car received a hit from a pebble on a Saturday that quickly turned into a two foot long crack just at my eye level (it was incredibly annoying and really bothered me when driving).
