You can now pay by cash or credit card in all 3 of the bays, and you have a bit more control over how much you spend with cash as you can insert as much or as little money in once you meet the minimum. Today, for example, I was able to give my car a basic yet complete wash for only $3. But with only 3 bays, it can still get very cramped and backed up here. There's only so much space in front of the bay entrances to accommodate those of you waiting in line. It's also fully automated, so if you experience any problems, you have to call the toll-free number on the sign, as opposed to finding a nearby employee. But all things considered, it's once again enjoyable to wash my car here.

I waited over 4 hours to get a tire replaced here recently. It was nice that they were open early…read morein the morning, however that was the only nice part about my visit. After about 1.5 hours I asked for an estimate on when it would be ready and they did not give me a clear answer. I waited in the waiting room another 1.5 hours while many customers came and left. I followed up again going on hour 4, which is when they called to see what was taking so long for the tire to be delivered. After that phone called, I was told the tire was coming from Poughkeepsie and should be there in a half hour. I struggle to understand why this service took so long and why their slogan is "We sell tires", yet the tire sold to me took about 4 hours to be delivered from across the river, not sold in-house. I was very dissatisfied with the service provided, no explanation, sympathy or discount was provided for the inconvenience. They also tried to get me to replace the opposite tire, however I denied the service and consulted with another mechanic in town who said that tire was fine and did not need to be replaced. I got the other tire replaced at Mavis in Poughkeepsie for almost $100 less and their service was much quicker and they were super nice too!

Saturday - car starts to spit and sputter Sunday - car completely loses power, misfirings, dying I called Valvoline, Assistant Manager comes to my location, purchases a styrofoam cooler, jacks up my car and drains at least 3 quarts of black oil out. Advises that most likely they did not drain the old oil out and just added the new oil on top of old. After this I take car to repair shop Diagnosis - spark plugs are saturated with oil, many codes are registering on meter, low pressure I continue to call Valvoline and create a case, District Manager comes out to repair shop and is very unhelpful and insists that it is no fault of a valvoline. He had no knowledge of what was happening or could happen to the car. The manager and assistant manager pretty much admit that it occurs and they probably did not drain out the old oil. The District Manager says it could have many scenarios. In the long run Valvoline did not drain out my old oil and added new oil to the old. My car had about 10 quarts of oil in it and started to cease my engine. I would not go to this business. They do very low quality unprofessional work. Save yourself the expense and abuse.

The tech said nah there is 3 flavors indicating conventional hybrid or full synthetic oil. Since she is at a cold environment and does highway driving I chose the middle option. Most places have you leave the car when they do the oil change. We stayed inside the car during the process. After all done it cost $85 since it was a better grade of oil I didn't mind.
