When I picked up my car and my regular tires, I was handed a box with not one set of lug nuts but three. The lug nuts that were placed on my car for the snow tires did not match and one tire had only three lug nuts, not four. When questioned, they argued with me and said that's what I gave them, whip is not true. As well, I should have only had one set of lug nuts returned, not three, and none of the lug nuts matched?? What did they do? I got no where with the owner as he refused to admit something wasn't right. I now also have a shake which I didn't have before and have to take my vehicle into another tire shop to fix.

Investigating and confirming a CEL runs $286 then then they call with the finding and the cost to repair. Might seem high at first, but tech rates at dealers and shops are $125/hr and up. And they provide a FREE loaner. Routine services like oil changes are less. Extremely happy to find a shop near my second home in Northern Michigan that to service this and my other VW's.
