Long story: I was driving down US-31 South at about 10pm & traffic was backed up for about two miles, & when I finally got to the front of it, it wasn't an accident or anything, it was a wrecker hauling a very large steel frame, almost looked like a boat lift, & a trailing vehicle. The wrecker said it was from Scott's, so I called the number & courteously explained that it'd be nice if they pulled over occasionally to let traffic pass. The guy on the other end got all huffy & said "I'm the owner & we're out there working hard, too, so you have a nice night," & hung up on me. You guys are gonna cause an accident when people get too impatient waiting to pass & crash into oncoming traffic, but hey, I guess you gotta drum up business somehow.

Code showed a "low boost" from the turbo, and the reader suggested the most likely fix is a new turbo. Not what we wanted to hear. Fortunately Tom at Northern Auto dug deeper and found more dtc's present, and located a service bulletin suggesting transmission wiring issues could be the trouble. He found the connection loose and dirty. After cleaning and ensuring a good connection, he tested and found the issues gone. I called these yahoos and told them what I was told and they told me to take it to someone else that they recommended. I was unable to get the car into this other place for a few months. When I did get it there, they agreed that my car needed at least $900 worth of front end work before they could even do an alignment. They were not sure but were honest enough to tell me to get back with these yahoo and see if any of the work was under warranty. I did call these idiots and they gave me the run around for several days saying the guy that "makes the appointments" wasnt there. I called back several times and was given one lame excuse over another as to why no one was able to set me up an appointment. I finally went back the the RELIABLE and TRUSTWORTHY guys they recommended and paid to have these incompetent people's work redone even though it cost almost $1000 to redo what the "SAID" they did. Even though they have have been my mechanics for the past few years and I have paid them far more then $3000 in car repairs on several of my vehicles, I wouldn't allow them to work on anything ever again and its their loss. Now I am unsure if they ever repaired anything I gave them to specs or if they did a duct tape job and ripped me off. I guess they saw this sucker coming and boy did they take advantage....never again! In the future , I will take my vehicles to a reputable company that I can trust. Be VERY cautious if you think about using these guys for anything...you can not trust them!

When I picked up my car and my regular tires, I was handed a box with not one set of lug nuts but three. The lug nuts that were placed on my car for the snow tires did not match and one tire had only three lug nuts, not four. When questioned, they argued with me and said that's what I gave them, whip is not true. As well, I should have only had one set of lug nuts returned, not three, and none of the lug nuts matched?? What did they do? I got no where with the owner as he refused to admit something wasn't right. I now also have a shake which I didn't have before and have to take my vehicle into another tire shop to fix.
