Cutting my dogs whiskers repeatedly every visit even though I specifically said I didn't want it done... received an incorrect cut such as not trimming at all vs once she was shaved even though explicit instructions were given for my golden). I needed to reschedule my appointment and was told it wouldn't be until June because of their staffing, which is fine. However, they have always scheduled my appointments every single time so I don't know how to do it and this time I was sent a link and told to do it myself. Which again, is fine although not the best customer service. I went to the link and was told "oops no one available this can't be scheduled". When I let them know (after attempting to contact 3 times) their response was essentially "we are transferring clients and we don't have anyone else that can accommodate large dogs, but here is another mobile groomer if you want to contact them, thanks for your business over the years have a nice day". Ummmmm. I was literally just trying to change an appointment. No one gave me the courtesy of telling me my normal groomer left the company, let alone the fact they brush me off with a... we can't accommodate you, contact another company?!!!! Not to mention all of this was through text message not even a phone call. How unbelievably unprofessional. And after being with them for so many years this is their customer service? They then never even responded to my confusion of wait a minute my groomer left? Wow. Don't even bother if this is how they treat loyal customers. But hey, you can go to pawgo.com, apparently that's where they want your business to go.

Lauren's actions nearly got my dog killed. She standing in front of her neighbor with the…read moreaggressive dog that got loose from its collar and leash. And this was after the owner told her the dog was agitated. 2 weeks later the punctures my dog received resulted in emergency surgery amounting to $3076. I had to constantly get after the owners because they were evading me after a few weeks. My vet told me that after the initial visit from the attack it is always hard to tell how deep the injury is. So my dog was not okay so Lauren thought. She did not protect my dog! And at the beginning of the attack Lauren tells me she is staying out of it. She is friends with her neighbors; they are potential clients. Lauren never tells the truth. At first she told me she was 36; later it was 46. She is always going off her bipolar medication. Every year she ends up in the hospital one to two times in the psyche ward. She trolls the neighborhood to say "hi" to people with pets and they all find her mentally off. You be the judge.

She is not a good trainer/ dog sitter, she didn't give my dog commands - that I demonstrated that she knew before feeding her - place, sit, out. My dog gave a deep bark and she didn't feel comfortable feeding her. I'm glad she said this. But do not advertise your self as a trainer if your scared of dogs and don't give the dog commands to help the dog be successful.
