However, no more pets in this household. We have had our share and will let somebody else enjoy the fruits of their animals. I saw staff being interactive with all the puppies, taking them out of their cages and walking them. There was also a sign that these animals are not from puppy mills, but breed from professionals. I want to share my experience with Puppies 'N Love to warn others. I adopted a dog from this store for over $6,000- and right away, he had serious health issues including parvo, giardia (worms), kennel cough, and multiple cuts on his paws, likely from being improperly transported. After doing some digging, I found out my dog wasn't a purebred as they claimed, but actually is a mutt & traced back to an Amish puppy mill in rural Kansas. Our vet bills ended up costing us nearly $10,000. Thankfully, my dog is all healthy now, but I would NEVER recommend adopting from Puppies 'N Love. Please be cautious and do thorough research before buying a dog from one of these places, and try to "adopt, don't shop". read more

I cannot wrap my head around why there are so many good reviews for this place. I have been to this mall so many times and have only seen them walking a dog one time. I took pictures around Christmas & have repeatedly went back and saw the same behavior from staff and more & more dogs. The puppies are left in tiny cages standing on metal grids, majority of the dogs didn't even have a blanket or anything to lay on.. these are BABIES!! They are taken away away from their mom & siblings at a really young age for what? To sit in a metal cage under a bright light until someone comes along and drops $4,500-$7,500 ....How traumatizing is that? Another huge issue I have with this place is a lot of their dogs are big. They are big because they have been at the store for SO LONG!!! Sitting in a cage every. Single. Say. Peeing on newspaper because no one is walking them. They need to be potty training & going on walks & getting exercise everyday. If you check their website their discounted dog page is flooded with dogs. They have way too many. The bigger ones are jumping all over the cages going crazy because they are Puppies!!! They have a lot of energy & are just locked inside. To the owner: you are a greedy awful person. I was here yesterday and one little puppy was shaking so badly, in the corner of his cage while two female employees sat and bullshitted right in front of him. At that time, I went to the front desk and told another employee who came over and said "oh he's cold". She then tapped one of the girls who was too busy talking, at which time she took him out. I stated that instead of talking, they should be checking the dogs . (OMG. standing right in front of him : ( . One guy at the desk told ME not to be rude, he stated that dog came to the store scared and that they were working with him. After reading another one star review and from my own observation, I really doubt a tiny puppy was brought in this way or that they care! Why is this place getting so many good reviews? There is this dog that looks completely starved you can see his ribs? I mean at this point it seems like animal abuse. I don't know what the process is of receiving these dogs but I pray that they rescued him and that he's currently in recovery, and even then dogs in recovery deserve to be at a vet where they are being treated not in a mall for show. I came here and expected happy puppies, but all I see is a dog eating food like it's never seen it before. I am actually disgusted. Deceit. Hidden medical records of your puppy they received FROM the breeder. Purchased a $8k French Bulldog in 1/2022. He was SICK for 3 weeks once arriving into Puppies N Love Care (confirmed he was healthy upon leaving breeder AND breeder was to be notified if sick to be returned, breeder never knew). He was over medicated for a young and small breed, and never accurately checked before coming home. Upper respiratory in a bulldog? Not responding to treatment? Giardia that he got from other puppies while sick on the store floor. In the store: management "slipping" by saying the sick dogs are on the left side of the store, the healthy are on the right. He was brought TO me the first time to visit and purchase FROM THE SICK SIDE. He just passed 3 weeks ago, at only 2 YEARS OLD due to a cancerous mass that overtook his chest cavity, relocating vital organs and SUFFERED so young, nothing like any vet had ever seen. Warranty? Of course. They'll just "get you a new dog". But it will be shipped to their facilities by truck with hundreds of others, and you come pick it up in a store. Will the new puppy's health repeat itself? He wasn't just a dog, he was my reg medical service animal. This company was sued and paid $120k restitution to the State of AZ "to do better" just in December of 2022. But are doing and making even worse decisions just a year later. Changing breeders to get higher volume faster, overpricing dogs (my boy was $1200 with the breeder but $8k out the door). Now this Christmas, my baby celebrates in his urn underneath the Christmas tree, next to the packages that he'll never get to open. This isn't the first issue with this company. We are visiting in Arizona with family for Christmas. We went to the arrowhead mall and for the first time in my life I saw puppies and dogs at the MALL. This was a new experience for me. I walked in and saw they had a financing option, I applied to see if I would get approved and I did! While we didn't plan to get a dog that day, we had been wanting a family dog for quite some time. Getting approved was easy and I scheduled to spend time in a private room with a puppy. The original puppy I had wanted to play with was with another family so I browsed and saw a dog that I KNEW I needed to meet. Valerie set me up with him and I fell in love, we had an instant bond. Valerie was amazing at explaining the process to me and reading me every detail in my contract. She also recommended all of the products we would need including a crate, harness, leash, toys, calming drops, wet and dry food, urine and odor spray, puppy pad spray and possibly more in forgetting! Valerie also explained all of the warranty options, as well as when I need to take him to the vet and why. Valerie was amazing and I'm so so happy for the effort she put in to make our adoption easier. We purchased a Morkie puppy from Puppies N Love a week ago. We named him Cayman and he is just the sweetest little guy. Our vet health checked him and his fecal test was clear. No worms, no giardia, and no coccidia. He is 9 weeks old and uses a pee pad already, knows his name, how to sit, and give his paw. He gets along with our other dogs and has zero interest in our cats. Christal picked him out for me and she could not have matched us with a better puppy! It was my birthday the day we bought him and Christal really helped make it special. The process was easy. He couldn't come home right away because he was a little too small, but we were able to visit him and bring him a blanket and play with him. I'm very happy that we bought Cayman from Puppies N Love! If you go there see Christal, she knows the puppies, the breeds, and can help you find the best dog for your family. She explained all of the policies, talked to us about possible parasites, the importance of making sure he didn't miss any meals because that could put him at risk of hypoglycemia. Nothing was left out The breeder even had a small umbilical hernia repaired before he left. I've owned many dogs over the years, from top conformation breeders and pet stores, I can say without a doubt Cayman is healthiest and has the best temperament of any puppy we have ever owned. I Purchased a maltipoo, 13 weeks old, after holding her shortly from coming in to the store. No breeder info to contact. Puppy mill experience. Paid $1,899.99, chipped, not registered. Proud of their asking prices. She was in the store for a few hours arriving the same day. I took her to vet next day. She has a parasite. She is now 17 weeks, medicated, expensive, still a parasite. She has been 5 times since I bought her from April 7, 2020 Very expensive with no breeder assistance or contact. I have every doubt any info at this point is NOT reliable. BE very cautious and concerned. IF you cant afford this unexpected expense, so to a reliable breeder, NEVER to a store. My first time and never again. I just read the response! You sold me a sick pup ( green snot) your clerk even said he was sick, just watch him.... I have TeX from your employee saying they should never have sold me a sick pup. (Brothers are also sick according to your management, I have TeX saying that. My first day I called my vet. ( respetory infiction ) I have meds and paperwork prove what I say is true. SHAME ON YOU! My vet saw him on Friday and Sunday I took him to emergency vet. Andrew was there for me ( tex)not you! We signed over a very sick pup back to you Sunday evening after our vet agreed to turn him over to your vet. I came home crying after your store gave me a credit for my pup. I yelped my story!!! Than your team started calling me to pull my yelp!!! With the exception of andrew...I did make a mistake posting it because I wasn't specific about what store, I said puppies n love! So after talking to your team I pulled my yelp! With the agreement I can buy my pup back. And according to your team! His brothers were also quarantined and are still on meds. So I did not go home and wake up to a sick pup!!! Very offensive! You sold me a sick pup!!!! There is more to my story and I can prove what I say, pictures TeX, voice recording etc. I document everything... And you did not reimburse my vet, meds. I bought my puppy from there in March 2020. she had toxicity which is normal then she ended up having Giardia which can contract to humans. Took me 3 months to get rid of, when I did some research on where she was born there's been a few complaints about this breeder.
