Do not use those amateurs, Stacy and Nikki blow them out of the water. The trailer is much cleaner and has plenty of ventilation. My dog loves Nikki, he was very comfortable (as one can be with a new experience). I booked Nikki by speaking with Stacy. What great people, they care about your pets and your own well-being. They were able to squeeze me in yesterday, but I could not find the water spout (I live in an apartment community). Since I couldn't find the spout, they rescheduled with me today, no attitude, no problems. Very flexible and easy-going, very experienced in dog grooming as well. When we first spoke, Stacy told me that she wouldn't recommend shaving a husky, if they didn't get all the tangles out, they would come back but they would brush him out and do what they could without causing him irritation. What a relief. My dog was deemed "unmanageable" by the Whitney's Pawlished crappy grooming service because he was "too matted everywhere" lol and was denied service if I didn't comply with shaving him completely. Not once did Nikki or Stacy recommend shaving my husky, she worked out his tangles and worked with his personality. She let him lay down when she brushed him and called me when he freaked out over the dryer (loud noise). He grew comfortable with it as she worked with him, but he got bored sitting there for so long and she called to tell me he would still be somewhat wet from the bath. I felt extremely comfortable leaving him with her and grabbing a bite to eat around the corner- she asked me if I'd like to stay and watch through the window. So inviting and hospitable- really makes a dog mommy feel comfortable. Nikki clipped the fur on my boy's neck as that is where it was slightly matted from his collar. Before she did this, she called me to let me know and ask me if it were alright with me. She didn't bother me either, just called me twice to confirm. I appreciate open communication and am really pleased with this service. My dog lays on his side a lot, so his hind quarters get tangled up. She worked those tangles out with absolutely zero problem. I am so happy I found these guys and will be recommending them to everyone I know who needs a mobile grooming service. Very trustworthy and efficient!

She is by far the most professional and personable mobile groomer I've run across, not to mention extremely knowledgeable on dog handling. It seems that most of the mobile groomers are only doing this because it's easy money. However if the groomer isn't great at handling dogs then you probably don't want them washing your dog! The 1st groomer that came dropped my chihuahua and left the other one shivering & wet for more than 5 minutes until I said something! Stacy is a dream come true. Sorry in advance for the LONG review but wanted to be as detailed as possible about my experience!…read more After seeing someone else post about Shonna and her business on Facebook, I thought I'd reach out to her as well because I haven't had the best experience with groomers and went through 3 of them in Vegas. I'm so happy I reached out to her and she was able to squeeze me in and here's why I will continue to be scheduling with her bi-monthly: 1) She's mobile so she comes to you! She only asked that she could use one of the outside plugs which I had no problem with 2) She was able to squeeze me in on a Sunday (today at 8am) 3) She showed me all her equipment beforehand and walked me through what she would be doing (high pressure hose in the bath to remove excess fur from winter coats, high velocity dryer hose to blow out the the under coat, dremel for the nails, and shave the paw pads) 4) My husky was still blowing his winter coat before this appointment but she was able to finish everything in under 1.5 hour (just look at the attached picture of my floofers right after his grooming!) I'm so happy with how he turned out and a major plus is I get to support a small business! I'm telling you if you're like me with a double coated dog and is tired of going through groomer after groomer after groomer, give her a try and you will not be disappointed!

I took them 2 days ago and they cut their ears soooo short, they were literally a hair away from cutting their actual ears. Ive taken them to other places and they always leave their ears long so this groomers is either too lazy or doesnt care to listen to any requests. Not going back again and I will stop recommending them!

(PLUS, the price was super reasonable for mobile grooming!) My cat is the most skiddish, high stress creature on the planet. The groomer could tell he was really scared and got him in and out as quickly as possible. Part of her paw pad was cut off AS WELL. They called me and told me that the groom would be free of charge due to the incident. REALLY?! They didn't even finish the service so of course it should have been free! They asked did I want to have them meet me at a vet or did I want to pick her up.... TAKE my bleeding dog to the vet! Why are you even asking me this?! I requested for the owner to call me and still have not heard from them. My dog is recovering but she is completely traumatized by this experience. I have never seen my dog tremble, bleed or cry this much in the 12 years I've had her. I am more so disappointed that there has been NO FOLLOW UP or explanation as to how this happened.
