She took time with both dogs, then took Roxie to her van to be groomed. About an hour later, she sent me a picture of the dog and then returned her to me. My dog was beautiful and happy. This was my first experience with a mobile groomer! Can't believe I waited this long. The service was amazing to say the least. Very simple and easy process as they go to your house. My dogs STILL smell great almost 2 weeks later! They were super sweet and very attentive to my wishes and my dogs needs. My dogs were groomed up well and adorned with a tie, pretty collar and hair bows. My dogs both were returned to me happy, not scared at all and overall super clean and groomed. So I noticed Marge's ears/fur needed some attention and it was time to get her groomed. Lindsay made it super easy to schedule an appt and had an opening that weekend. She was punctual, asked about my wants/concerns and offered use of products that would compliment my pup's type of fur. She casted the whole grooming on FB Live, which was surprisingly fun, We had it up to watch while we continued with our Sunday chores. She also was interactive with the casting, showed us the products she was using, explained why, and we got to see/hear some of her pro-tips. Watching Lindsay handle/work with Marge, you can see she truly cares for and loves animals! She also sent us pics, warning us of signs of an infection in one of her ears. Found this company through yelp of course. Never have had mobile dog grooming before so I didn't know what to expect and also I don't have much to compare them to but I was very impressed. I have a beagle and a 80 lbs yellow lab. I was worried because they don't get much adult interaction with anyone. They stay at home and other than walks they don't go to dog parks. I was worried that they would try to escape. My beagle is an artist. But the gal was so welcoming. She tried to warm up to the dogs first. She took them both together and got them done in about 30-40 minutes. They came out in the cutest bow and hanky. A little pricey but again I don't have any other experience to compare it to... I understand that mobile grooming a slightly more expensive because they come to you. Overall great experience. My dogs are clean, nails trimmed, deshedded, smelling good and did not have to leave the house or get out of my pajamas! read more
