He didn't do what he was to do prep wise, he was rude to my Mother and then told her there would be an additional charge if she paid with her charge card.... so she paid cash. She did reach out to the manager, Shauna Calloway, and has printed correspondence where Shauna states they would refund $162.84 within a week because the check needed to come from corporate. It is now March 27th when my Mother reached out to them again... no check and was told by the lady who answered the phone that Shauna wasn't going to speak with her but they'd have corporate issue the refund check then... What kind of business are you running? Inadequate service, disrespectful techs in people's homes, not performing services that were scheduled, giving the elderly the run around .... Would love to hear what you have to say about that type of service. And yes, everything is in writing and everything has been recorded so the poor customer service from the moment the tech walked into our home to the lack of response to my mother is accurate.
