Whenever I needed work done around my house, I would try and get the best recommend people. When they were done, I would look at their work and always find something that was not right or they did a sloppy job. I have often thought, that if they actually had to sign their name to their work for the whole world to see, they might have done a better job! Well, in all my 60 years, I finally got a job done that I can not say more good things about. Jose and Daisy from Express Steam were absolutely FANTASTIC. My house is totally tiled, and I have always had many dogs at a time. Accidents happen as you know, and my tile was disgusting to say the least. The grout was stained in all different shades, the tile and grout had a build up of Mop and Glo, I'll repeat myself, it was disgusting!! When they arrived we walked around the house and Jose new and explained to me the game plan. I disappeared into my bedroom. I think about 2 1/2 -3 hours later, Daisy knocked on my door and said they were done. I opened my bedroom door and was just elated at what I saw. It looked like I just had new tile put down!!!! It looked so new and shiny ( no more mop and glo ever!!) and, I truly do not know how they did this, but the grout,and not just some of it, all of it was back to its original color!!! I was looking for a carpet cleaning company and Express Steam had excellent reviews PLUS they are locally owned and operated, which is important to me. I filled out the online quite request and Daisy called during my requested contact window. She was able to quickly quote pricing for my job and informed me of any potential extras that may be needed after inspection on the day of service. Their pricing was great so I scheduled with her right then. She called on the morning of my appointment to let me know that Jose was about 20 minutes away and he arrived 20 minutes later. We did a quick walk through, talked about everything that needed to be done and he got right to work. He was very respectful, polite and easy to talk to and he even cleaned the seat pad of a chair that wasn't in my original quote, for FREE! I will recommend Express Steam to anyone asking about a quality carpet cleaning company and I will definitely use them again when the need arises. After coming across them on FB, I decided to give Express Steam a call. They came out to clean my carpet yesterday. (3bd 1 hallway) Jose arrived on time and was very professional. He explained thoroughly what he would be doing throughout my home. I appreciate the fact that Jose took the time to do the job right, the first time. (Unlike other companies I've dealt with that were in/out within 30min soaking wet carpet and all). Very impressed they did not try to up sell me a service I thought I needed. Daisy and Jose are awesome!! Always professional and always about making sure their customers are satisfied. I have used them for years. Occasionally they weren't available and I used someone else to only be disappointed and going immediately back to Express Steam. Recently we had an incident where one of our 90 lb dogs had gotten sick. Stains all over from both vomit and diarrhea and I had scrubbed and scrubbed.
