Drivers turn ignoring their lanes and they were almost crashing with other cars many times. if you see any these illegal driving by this company, report to POLICE. Like all cab companies in New Brunswick, All Brunswick is disappointing. We had 1 positive experience from a very responsible, kind driver last year. Unfortunately I don't know what happened to him. When they answer the phone, they simply say "Taxi." or a classic, "Yeah?!" The driver sometimes picks up another passenger along the way yet charges you the same price... $5. (within New Brunswick) Most of them drive like they want to get into an accident. Fortunately, there is hope. UBER!!!!!!! Download the Uber app, and connect yourself to a private driver. $7 got me safely home from the train station. The driver was super kind, classy, and a nice person. One of their drivers picked me up from the hospital, where I was just discharged with a broken sternum following a car accident. I was in a great deal of pain and not able to move well. He said he needed cash, which I don't carry. He took me to an atm, and abandoned me there at 3 o'clock in the morning. read more

They are a scam. They charged me 15 dollars for 5 minutes drive. I had to catch the train, so I just let it go. The car was filthy and at least 10 years old. And the driver was very rude. I would be happy even if only one person see this and save him or herself from this bad experience. read more

Do not trust this cab driver! Walked across the street given the walk signal and a black man in a white New Brunswick cab #03 screamed out the window for me to hurry and move out of the way. He was making a right from George Street onto Albany Street towards the train station and didn't even stop at the red light before ensuring it was clear to turn right. I walked to the train station and saw him sitting there waiting for a fare. I knocked on his window and said, you know you shouldn't be honking at pedestrians when there is a walk signal at that intersection. He argued and said I was wrong and that his vehicle has the right of way bc it is a "big machine." I reiterated again that he was not right and has to give way to pedestrians when there is a walk signal. He said I was wrong and he was right and his vehicle can run over and kill people who are crossing the street. I told him that in this country when the pedestrian walk sign is on, we can cross. He was adamant and said no, that he could drive through it and honk his way through. How do you hire a driver who doesn't understand the laws of the road? Back to driving school you go... This man is a liability for your company. School him. By the way, the Albany/George St intersection has 3 very distinct NO TURN ON RED signs. read more

It's incredibly annoying to call for a cab only for it to not show up when you need it to. It took them more than 40 minutes just to pick me up. And then the dispatch only said that waited "like twenty minutes or something" and ON TOP OF THAT expected me to pay 8.50 for using a card. Prior to that I could pay $7. All Brunswick Taxi is a complete scam. Avoid these guys at all costs. They're unprofessional and have horrible service. read more

These reviews are, uh, wow! I was in New Brunswick for a few days visiting friends and took All Brunswick taxis twice. Both times we got to where we were going quickly and were charged fairly (according to locals). No back and forth on pricing or communication issues, and I felt our drivers were pretty nice. Scum. Took my credit card number down (my mistake) and then told us we'd have to wait a half hour- so we cancelled the taxi. I check my account this morning and I'm charged the 20$ they wanted to base us off of. I call and they tell me to call back Monday they can't do anything about it. I made a reservation with these people 2 days before I needed a ride to Newark Airport. I was quoted a price and gave them the time for pickup, 4:15 a.m. Nobody showed up. I called them at 4:15 a.m. and was told by whomever answered the phone, "I don't know anything about this." I told him I needed a ride now and he said "I don't know ...." again and hung up. At 4:15 in the morning it's not easy to find someone to take you to the airport. I tried uber and lyft and got rejected by both. I called 15 other cab companies and got mostly voicemail and a few answered but were already engaged. I tried my neighbor who was up for some reason but she was getting ready to go to work. My husband got through to another cab who came but it was now after 5:00 and by the time we got to Newark it was too late to check bags. We missed that flight and our connection and spent 6 hours sitting in Newark waiting for the next available flight. We got to our destination 6 hours late and by then had been awake for 23 hours. This company only takes fares if they feel like it and will abandon you if they just don't feel like coming. read more

Order a cab, driver shows up with another passenger. I didn't order and Uber share. I ordered a cab for a reason. Driver dropped other passenger off first which took an extra 20 minutes in morning rush hour/bus traffic. The dispatcher could have warned me. Oh and the rate wasn't any cheaper. Driver gives the excuse "that's how cabs work." I'm a born and bred New Yorker and that's not how cabs work. Driver was as nice as he could be in the situation. read more

This evening I spoke with the dispatcher Eli. I called him at 8:52pm. We spend 44 seconds on the phone where I asked him about catching a ride to the New Brunswick train station which is 15 minutes away, with extra time for arrival. He told me 5-10 minutes, in that fast-talking mumble that cab dispatchers do. So I went outside to wait, as that would have placed a driver at my door at 8:57pm or 9:02pm. I called back around 9:05pm, checking in with dispatch on the driver as I had a 9:27 train to catch. The dispatcher Eli told me the driver was in my area and 3 minutes away. I said "ok", and reminded him I was on a tight deadline. 9:14pm, still no Taxi. I call again. The dispatcher back and I say "Hey, I'm not upset, but I need you to be honest with me. It's 9:14 and the driver isn't here. Will he be able to get me there in time?" He starts going on about how the driver is bad and how he's going to do something about it. Whatever the hell that means. And I say, "I need you guys to be honest with me. Because I'm trying to catch that train, and if I can't I do not want to pay for a ride to the station. If I get in the car, and we don't make it I don't feel I should have to pay for the ride because I called you all 25 minutes ago." The dispatcher keeps telling me the guy is outside, but I told him, "I've been outside since 9pm. I need you all to stop lying. Just be honest." The driver, who said he was 3 minutes away at 9:05pm, showed up at 9:21pm. He tells me to get in, and as I sit in the back of the car I tell him, "I'm just going to get out. There's no way you're going to make a 15 minute trip in 6 minutes. You couldn't even get here on time." He says "I know, but let me try." (Which is the stupidest, most empty response you can offer.) Instead I get out the vehicle and inform him just how unprofessional he and his company are. I ask him if he would provide me his name. He wouldn't. Then he proceeded to blame everything on his dispatcher. I call the dispatched back informing him that what they did was messed up and that I would be reviewing them. Naturally the dispatcher gets upset, but then began to raise his voice to an extreme volume jumping from blaming his driver, saying he didn't lie, and telling me that I should have just got a limousine. A limousine to the train station? Really? Because that's the the appropriate answer to an unsatisfied customer whom you spend the last 30 minutes lying to, yelling at, and not assisting. I should have read all these other reviews first!! I called about a week ahead to make sure they could pick me up and get me from an event to NYC. They assured me they could, gave me a price quote. I confirmed, asked if I needed to call again and he said "no, all set." Guess what? No show. After waiting about 10 minutes I called and no one answered! I called again and they said "2 minutes." 10 minutes later I called again and they said "stuck in traffic." I asked how long and he said, "Call someone else" and hung up. Wow. read more

Quick service if they pick you up from New Brunswick (somewhere fairly close to the train station) to take you anywhere else. If they are to pick you up somewhere else it's not nearly as reliable. They will name a time that it will take which will rarely ever be accurate. Just like most (if not all) taxi companies you can expect cars with various warning lights lit up even if victory cars tend to be a bit newer than the other fleets. Another thing you can, unfortunately, expect with Taxis in the area is that they may at any time pick up other people for you to share a Taxi with - victory is no exception. In general, the state of the taxis in New Brunswick is pretty sad. Recently I've had two bad experiences with Victory which caused me to go on here to look for a better choice. First, I had to go to Highland Park to pick up my girlfriend and then down Livingston Avenue in New Brunswick before we went back to downtown New Brunswick. I was charged for a ride to Highland Park, then to Livingston Avenue and then home (with an interruption of the driver talking to another customer who was upset having been told he would not have to share a car, from my understanding). To my surprise the price was $26, when I asked how it could be that much it turned out that not only did they charge for all three stints as separate trips but one trip was $12 while the other two were $7 respectively. That the price would be different from one town to another I can understand but since I walked to the taxi, we picked up my girlfriend from right where the bridge ends and then went back to the taxi station I found it completely ridiculous. The second time was a few days ago, when I called for a car to pick up my girlfriend who was not feeling well. I was told the car would be where she was within 10 minutes which was perfectly reasonable. After 15 minutes I called back and asked what the status was. I was told that the car was on the way and would be there soon. After another 10 minutes I called back again and was told that the car was in the area and would be there any minute. After about 7-8 more minutes when I'm getting ready to start yelling at the operator when my girlfriend told me she was finally in the car on her way home. Even if she was trying to get home sooner because she was not feeling well, she could pretty much have waited for the bus had they not lied about the time it would take for the car to arrive. Had they been honest to begin with I wouldn't have minded using their services again but as it stands now that likely won't happen for a long while. read more

Do not use! Delays! Unreliable. Poor service. Aggressive drivers. Unresponsive operator. A cab arrived 20 minutes after I placed the call all the while the driver said he got the job 5 min prior. I missed the train because of operator's holding off my request. The driver was not constructive and failed to resolve a concern. read more

The driver is not responsible at all! Avoid them in all ways!! He dropped us at wrong airport terminal and told me to just walk in and you will find the checkin. Tried calling the driver, didn't pick up. Called the taxi service line. They said there is nothing they can do right now. We ended by spending another 20mins to take the shuttle to a different terminal. Also, he charged us for 17 dollars for himself to pay the tolls to go back to nj. read more

I need the cab at 5:15. I get home. 5:15 rolls around. No one there. Me: Hi, I'm checking on the taxi at 5:15. All Brunswick: Oh. They got there early and left. Me: Well, I told you 5:15 and it's 5:15 now. Can you send someone else? All Brunswick: sure, give me a few minutes. 5:25 rolls around. Me: Hey, I've got a train to catch. Do you know when the cab will be here? All Brunswick: I don't think I'm going to be able to get anyone. You might try calling someone else. Me: Is there a reason you couldn't have told me that when I first called? Ended up calling someone else. Took them 15 mins to get to my house. Missed my train. Never use this taxi company! I called a day early just to make sure of the fee and if the taxi would be able to accommodate 5 people. The person I spoke to told me that they would be able to and it would be a flat rate of 35 dollars. When I called for a cab the next night I told the person that I needed a cab and that I had called and was told it would be 35 dollars. The person laughed and said "not for 5 people! For 5 people 45 dollars!" I tried explaining that I had called the day before and that I was told it would be 35 and the man would not listen to what I had to say. So a cab came, and it was a car, not a van like promised. There were 5 people and we had to squish 4 people in the back seat without seat belts! Since they sent a car for 4 people I was expecting to be charged 35 dollars since that is what I was told. When we arrived home the man would not leave without taking 45 dollars although he did not bring a car big enough for 5 people and had promised it to be 35. All in all this cab company is a sham. Do not use it. They just want your money and send cars that are not big enough or safe enough for you and your group. Not to mention it was pouring rain the whole ride home and the driver was speeding and it sounding like the tires were about to blow. Terrible experience. Do not use this taxi company! read more
