Victor arrived on time, diagnosed the problem (worn out shock absorbers), ordered the parts and came back a week later and made the repair. He is very knowledgeable and didn't mind having me watch him work. (I was interested in seeing what the inside of a washing machine looks like and he took the time to show me around!) Technicians, operators we're all courteous and helpful. From what we could tell, they did a great job. UNTIL WE HAD A FLOOD! We used the washer for the first time today. Thankfully, we were home and saw water pooled all around the washer. We stopped it and cleaned up as well as we can, but it's a stacking unit which required two men to move. WE CALLED FOR EMERGENCY SERVICE THEY ARE CLOSED. They suggest we call back tomorrow. In the meantime, water has seeped into our floors and wood cabinetry and is already causing visible damage.
