My freezer malfunctioned and flooded my apartment and they diagnosed it same day and then got the parts and fixed it the next. My Italian Verona oven had a weird glitch. Several functions did not work. Arturo of AGS came in a prompt manner and checked out the problem. He is courteous, professional and did not quit despite the complexity of issue. The part needed was ordered; Rikki from the office handled that and a new appointment. I am writing this review because AGS team has really exceeded my expectations. We had several issues with our fridge and we feel so fortunate that AGS team took care all of them. On top of that, Rikki has been one of the best office manager to work with. She is super friendly, knowledgeable and always think on behalf of the clients. We also ordered some extra parts but end up no longer needed them. Rikki is so kind to take the parts in their stock instead of charging us. Their technician are very knowledgeable and skilled as well throughout the work. It has been definitely one of our best customer experience and we highly recommend their team. read more

I would give it 0 stars. Absolutely awful service and the rudest woman working as the "office manager." No one picks up the phone and you have to call multiple times to get a response of multiple voicemails. Please don't bother with these people. They told me my microwave isn't working after the technician took it to his office. It was working, just the door wasn't opening before we handed it over to him. They are scams and only trying to make money. Please save yourself from these people. read more

Technician that came out was great. After that everything went downhill. Poor customer service when I called to inquire almost four weeks later when they were going to get back to me, ridiculous bill to replace an ignitor. When I questioned it reception didn't know how to break it down. Finally she talked to the owner and they knocked a little off but it would still cost me less to go with another company. When owner called me back and I mentioned that to him he told me it is what it is and if I don't want to pay it then go somewhere else. Wow. Had an appointment between one and five to fix a refrigerator. I called the office when they had not arrived by four. Nobody answered and nobody showed up to service the refrigerator. They never called to cancel the appointment and never returned our calls . read more

Spoke with the company Tuesday afternoon about Wednesday delivery and installation. She said they would be out between 1-5pm. I asked if there was another time available as I had appointments all day and it was short notice. She said no and that someone would call me on the way to my residence to install. I called them at 4:50 pm because nobody had called or showed up. Nobody answered even though the answering machine said they were open till 5. Never did hear from anyone and nobody showed up. THANK YOU for wasting my entire afternoon on this instead of working. You know...like you should have been. Needless to say I will be going to Lowes tomorrow and getting a refund. After a storm blew through and killed my oven, I called AGS Appliance Service. I've used them before and was hoping they could squeeze me in since it was 6 days before Thanksgiving. Sasha the office manager was sympathetic to my situation. I explained that I was hosting Thanksgiving dinner and needed my oven repaired. She got the technician on the phone and we had a three way conversation to figure out what the problem was. My parts were ordered, delivered and oven repaired two days before the holiday. AGS has repaired several appliances in my house and has never let me down. I will definitely use them again and have recommended them to my friends. read more

They responded very promptly and were very polite but it came with a very steep cost. The service call was $125, the parts were $180 ($85 on amazon) and for the 20 minutes of labor (that's generous) the cost was $175. Not to mention the technician compromised my warranty by cutting the wires and splicing them instead of connecting the proper way. I'm sure there are more affordable repair companies out there. Now that I know the part number, I can fix myself if it happens again. Definitely, a Covid price gouge. read more

Terrible experience with this company. They took an appointment to repair my grill when they knew their technician was out on medical leave. They willfully withheld this fact from me until the night before my appointment. After not hearing from them, despite my calls and emails, I received a last minute call from Sasha saying their technician is on medical leave and thus they had no one to service my grill. I asked why she did not disclose that fact when scheduling my appointment. Her answer was "we thought he'd be back in time". As I inquired further, she then admitted she'd known for over a week that the tech would not be back in time and just forgot to let me know. She then asked if I wanted to reschedule for a date in six weeks?! No thanks. Horrible customer service. I asked for the owner to contact me and still have not heard from him. WORST REPAIR COMPANY! I had a Viking Range repaired a few months ago. It costs a few hundred dollars to repair and then the exact same issue happened again. I tried to call them for weeks and when I finally reached someone they had switched phone carriers and had phone issues. When I finally spoke to someone they said they only guarantee labor for 90 days! They didn't care that I couldn't get in touch with them! There are other more honest companies out there! read more

This is by far the best repair services company that I have come across in recent years! Chris answered the call and was able to immediately tell me what could be the problem for my Viking D3 30" sealed top range oven which stopped working after finishing self-clean mode. George came today with all the potential parts that he might need based on the description of the problem that I gave Chris over the phone. If I could give this company a one star I would. The worst thing about this business is the "office supervisor"- Sasha. She is beyond incompetent. Then on top of it rude. I have been waiting for my dishwasher to be repaired for over 2 months. I text her the photo of the error code and then she claimed she never got it. When I called to follow up she back tracked and said she did get it and all parts are ordered. When a new technician came out he had no idea about it and then I heard him on the phone asking people what to do. He put in parts (motors) that weren't even needed. As soon as I ran the dishwasher the code came back like I knew it would. I called immediately and spoke with Sasha who continued to speak over me and not let me talk. She went on and on about how she had everything detailed in her log and it was my fault for the delay and they could send someone back out. I could go on about her and how she represents this business but I would have to write a couple novel to explain her lying and stupidity. She was trying to cover for her own mistake of not ordering the parts and following up. Instead of sending someone out right away she now wanted me to rearrange my schedule for another day for what???? I question even why PC Richards would use them as a service provider and I called them and complained too. Stay away from the business!!! By far the best appliance repair service I've dealt with. My Liebherr fridge had an ice maker that didn't want to make ice. Liebherr customer service was little to know help since my fridge is over 10 years old. I called AGS and wow what a different experience from every other service company. Chris who answered the phone actually knew what he was talking about and wasn't just a receptionist. He had the technician actually call me from the road 29 min later to ask me questions about my issue and then went out of his way to deliver the part ... on the same day! Totally brilliant service, not sure what people are complaining about. It refreshing to find a service company that actually has people who know what they're doing and care a little. HIGHWAY ROBBERY!!!!! I wish I'd seen the previous review before I called AGS Appliance. I got their information from Viking and just called without doing research -- never again!! WAY overpriced -- charged $125 for 15 minutes of "labor" plus the $85 service fee -- which doesn't get waived when they actually do work. On the plus side, the repair guy was really nice and, of course, he doesn't make the rules. Hopefully, the work will be appropriate and fix the the issues with our stove -- long-term. The 90 day labor guarantee is not written anywhere on the contract -- so I had it written in -- and I am holding them to it if something goes wrong. read more

If I could give less than a star I would. Had them come out to repair a Fisher Paykel dishdrawer. They were the sole approved repair service recommended by the manufacturer. We called, the guy, Arturo, came promptly and proceeded to tell me I needed to record the fault message that the machine gave. I told him I knew it already but he felt I should be sure before any work was to be performed. He said my service call charge, that I paid, would be credited toward future work. I did what he requested, and when I called back no response was forthcoming. Multiple calls with messages went unanswered. I called Fisher Paykel to complain and got a very slow response from them. Finally contacted another service who fixed machine well without advance payment. Don't hire AG Appliance Service and quite frankly I will never buy a Fisher Paykel product again. read more
