The…read morecommunication with Heather at the office and the builders during the build day is extremely lacking. The builders built my shed at an angle to the property line and every surrounding structure and didn't bother to tell me that they supposedly had an issue that required not following my instructions on where to build it. I had brought up a possible issue well in advance to the build and was assured it would not be a problem. I was arms-length from the builders and they could have simply spoken with me and come up with a solution, but they are too focused on getting out as fast as possible and seem dead set on not communicating with me as the customer. Both times the finishing touches were very lacking - plan on having to recaulk anything they caulk and rework any door hardware. They installed the man-door at a bad angle, so it won't stay open, which is very annoying for a storage situation, and the barn doors barely open - I have to rework it when I have time. Overall they just want to be in and out and don't want to fuss with any details. If that works for you, it's decent, but plan on being VERY flexible on the final product - they just don't care.

We ended up narrowing our brands down to a couple; one of which was Hot Springs. We went into Leisure Pool-n-Spa and it was just a pleasant experience from that point forward. Sandra came over to help my wife and I look and even though we were expecting to have some pressure on purchasing, it was completely the opposite. She could not have been nicer, ZERO pressure, and extremely informative. She was also very patient with us while we were asking a ton of questions and going across their showroom between all the different models. She had a large amount of knowledge with every model and showed us all the minor differences between them. I also have known the owner of the business for many years as I have relied on them to service our pool. Through the years he has always treated me as a top priority and did whatever needed to be done to resolve the pool issue....that's including finding pumps, filters, etc. that I was needing as quickly as possible. My research has shown that the big part of buying a hot tub is making sure you have a good service department that comes along with it and me knowing that Leisure has already proven themselves to me with first hand experience that has spanned years....made the purchase decision that much easier. Even after we had the tub installed, Sandra came to our home and did a hands on tutorial on how to work the thing. Great customer service and a great purchasing experience!

I asked if they could do better or give me a senior discount, and all I got was $7.00-9.00 off the asking price. The used stoves that were available for $379 looked like absolute crap. They all looked pieced together from spare parts, most did not even have matching colors, black this, white that. The glasstop stoves were all horribly scratched up on the surface. Worst experience ever when returning an item. I purchased a romper a week ago and was planning on…read morewearing it for an event. Apparently I had not noticed a small tear until the day of event as...I was getting dressed. Due to the short notice I had to wear something I already had. I went to return the romper the next day and the employee told me I could only exchange it. I was upset since I had no use for the item anymore. To top it off I had the receipt and the tags were still on it. I shop here all the time and never had to once return and item however I had yet to experience this issue anywhere else. Truly disappointed that if you have your receipt, tags on the merchandise and purchased it within their 30 day return policy your money cannot be returned. They didn't even offer store credit to top it off!
