We are from Western Washington and wanted to support a local, family owned business when we ordered a freezer for a local charity we support. We called around until we found Bunch Finnegan, and boy, were we glad we did. They made every effort to find a freezer, which were hard to find during COVID (apparently everyone was hoarding freezers so they could hoard meat)? These guys are fantastic and go the extra mile for their customers. Bought a washer/dryer, range, range hood and refrigerator from them for a remodel. The communication on each order was clear and concise, and the prices were fair and competitive. But it was the after-purchase service that makes the difference. The youngsters who delivered the appliances got them into the home taking exceptional care not to damage the appliance or the fresh trim. They got them in place, and watched/instructed us on hookup (to make sure we got it right because they can no longer by law do installs). They weren't in a rush to run off, instead making sure we were completely squared away. And the fridge was such a beast that David (Bunch) came out to help guide it into place. Again, they took every possible step to protect our floors and trim, and offered free return visit(s) to ensure our contractor gets it installed right. Friendly, unhurried and professional, these guys do it right. Cannot give a higher recommendation. read more

LOVE Bunch Finnigan - when our refrigerator went out, we visited their showroom and were impressed with the variety of appliances they have on their showroom floor. We've always loved Kitchen Aid, but at the time the factory was backed up with orders. We ended up ordering what we wanted - and BF gave us a loaner fridge! I will never buy anywhere else! From Tim (sales) and David (delivery) everything went great! They held our purchase until ready for our remodel and delivered quickly when needed. Tim answered all our questions, made great suggestions on products, and handled our changes easily. David (with Josh?) handled our delivery with expertise, removing our front door, setting up and calibrating our new fridge. He showed us all the features like the pro that he is and gave us usage tips (but I'm glad to have the manual because I'll never remember it all!). These guys are great! Not only a family owned and operated business, they also carry the latest and greatest! I first went to their competition and was told delivery on a washer and dryer would be three days out as well as a charge for drop off, hookup and carry off the old ones. Being that I was desperate and needed a set that same day, I called Bunch Finnigan to see what they could do for me and they had same day delivery still available (it was at least 11:30 am) as well as no charge for delivery, hookup, and haul away. Daniel- the son was SUPER knowledgeable, patient and witty. I'm not the easiest sell when I'm comparing and contrasting! He was an absolute gem in my harried state and I will definitely be back to visit them for my next appliance needs! Thanks a bunch you guys!!! read more

I first dealt with Bunch Finnigan Appliances a few years ago when I remodeled the kitchen of my then home. I loved working with they guys as I bought a red Viking stove, and matching hood. When my washer died, I again headed to Bunch Finnigan for a new Speed Queen washer and drier. And, now that I'm in my condo, they remain my 'go to guys' for new appliances. Number one, they sell good products. This is not a box store, and you will pay a bit more, but get a lot more in quality and service. Number two, they will not jack the price up so they can give you a 'really good deal' if you buy right then. (Yes, we have an appliance store in town that does just that). Number three, they are honest about what they can and cannot do, what their products will and will not do. If you need a new appliance, go check them out. No pressure, just honest help. Best experience I've had buying a TV . I did a lot of research , shopped around. I went to Costco but they don't really know what they are selling . So I decided to go to bunch finnigan. I am a big fan for small businesses. I told Dan what I was looking for , he in turn showed me what he had. I had TV delivered same day , they set up. Dan came over since to help me with remote as the buttons are a little confusing. Couldn't ask for better customer service ! read more

Very helpful and held onto our double stove while we were finalizing our remodel. Very nice sales staff, not pushy at all.

They are always careful to NOT sell me anything I don't need. Features I probably wouldn't use, for instance, on my latest purchase--a dishwasher. So far I have purchased a toaster (just cuz I liked the way it looked), and a killer exhaust fan. Plus the dishwasher. Now going back in to order the oven. Then the cooktop. TAKE THEIR ADVICE! Unless you are absolutely hooked on a particular model or make, they will be sure to sell you the right thing, and arrange for it's installation. read more

Stop in on Friday 8/4, about 10:45am. The one and only salesperson was helping a customer. My wife and walk by them hoping he would knowledge us being there or welcome us, nothing! We hung in there for about 10 minutes and left. I really believe some customer service would help. read more
