My wife and I recently hired All City Remodeling to help with a project regarding severe water-damage on two floors of our newly purchased condo. All City responded to my initial inquiry promptly, provided a reasonable estimate, and were able to begin construction very quickly. Jerry, his son, Jimmie, and his team walked us through everything that needed to be done, thoroughly explaining all the work that was required to fix the water-damage. The team took the time to show my wife and I construction progress during all the repairs. As first time home owners, all these repairs were very overwhelming. The All City team took the time to answer any and every question we had during the construction process and helped significantly ease our stress by always showing up to perform work on time, answering our calls and emails promptly, and by doing an incredible job repairing all the water damage that we had. Not only was All City very easy to work with, they also kept our house very clean while construction was ongoing, always cleaning the areas in which they worked at the end of every work day. The All City team was professional and their experience was very obvious by the efficient and thorough manner in which they performed these significant repairs. My wife and I are beyond happy with the work that All City did for us and we'll absolutely be hiring them again for any construction needs we may have in the future. We had All City repair a sill wall that was comlmety rotted out and was practically dirt in places. Jimmy and his father were extremely fast to respond to my initial inquiry and came the next day to my house to do the initial examination. They were very thorough with their explanations about the process of how they would repair it and prevent this happening again to the sill wall. They were also very patient with me and had no problems writing up a work order that I could then review and compare the materials and processes listed. When I was ready they came immediately again to do the work and were done in 2 days time. The amount of work involved was incredibly difficult due to the location in the basement!!! They only had 1-2ft of head room to work and the run of sill was 30 ft long! They not only replaced the entire sill they dug down with a drainage pipe for any mzoisture to follow deeper into the earth to disperse, as well as a vapor barrier above and a sandtop mix on the crushed gravel they added to ensure all moisture will disperse. It simply put it so transformative that it looks amazing. Their work ethic and personability are top notch, would recommend to anyone! read more

We interviewed several contractors before choosing All City Remodeling as the general contractor for our siding project. The project had a number of obstacles starting with supplies. With all the remodeling going on this spring, several of the materials needed were in short supply. We worked directly with Jerry to find sources for everything we needed. This kept us on track and we avoided long details. They truly had to hustle to handle this part of the job. Another valuable contribution Jerry provided was the depth of subcontractors to work with. These days so many contractors are scheduled out for months and schedules can quickly change. Jerry pulled together all the different parts of the job. There was never a time during the job where we were waiting for a subcontractor to finish or start. We used electricians, carpenters, plumbers, and landscapers. Throw in a visit from Verizon and the port-a-potty vendor and you have a sense of the amount of coordination required. This kept our project on time even with the extras we threw at them. We couldn't be happier with the job and are looking to do more work with them in the future. read more

Gerry did an amazing job with helping me and my family rebuild our home after a loss due to a fire. Both Gerry and Seltsers & Goldstein Public Adjusters Very responsive and communicative. Gerry went above and beyond to make sure everything was up to standard and done correctly. I really appreciated the constant communication so I was never left in the dark. Because there was a time restraint there were minor details that were a little off but nothing major that we couldn't fix. Gerry actually did more than he needed to but it was very tremendously appreciated. He even followed up and made sure everything was how we wanted it. Gerry and his team made our home feel like home again after a tragedy and I do recommend using his services. Attached are some before and afters of the kitchen and bedroom that were both destroyed in the fire and the amazing job Gerry and his team did! Several years ago I had a life changing experience when I awoke to my home engulfed in flames. The fire took place in November just before the winter months and the house was a total loss.
