I can't tell y'all how awful the experience was yesterday…read more I was told 1 hour for a car wash $65 I told the guy who had no other customers for the first 30 minutes I was there that I had an appointment at 11:30 ( I got there at 9:12) I had to call and cancel the appointment because they were just starting my car at 10:30 I was charged $50 to cancel appointment with out a 24 hour notice Then finally 12:48 almost exactly 3.5 hours later my car was done Now wax streaks all over they didn't vacuum console They didn't touch the lever you pull to open trunk The bent in a piece of my car ( like they opened another car door and hit mine ) and my driver door won't open all the way now Then the finale they charge me $80 and refuse me an itemized receipt I'm posting the receipt he gave me with the company's new name Frontline Auto Spa is what it looks like it says I'll be looking up that company name also I did ask for owner information and the cleaning technicians names I got the business card they refused anything else Since I was told, before I agreed, an itemized price of each thing I would get done to my car , I never purchased a packaged but they wouldn't tell me why it's $80 and that's a problem

When I lived up north, the snowy and salty winters forced me to get frequent car washes. However,…read morenow that I'm down south, I recently realized that I may have gone a year (eek) without a car wash. So to Silver Bullet I went on one of our first very warm days in May. The car wash was very busy but I was impressed by the speed that I got through the wash. Do note that if you're passionate about touch-less car washes -- this car wash will make lots of contact with your vehicle! After the efficient wash, I decided to stay and deep clean my interior. There are over a dozen easily accessible stalls with vacuums, trash cans, cleaning sprays, and microfiber cloths available to use free of charge. The vacuums were fantastic. The large trash cans were a must and used frequently by me. The microfiber cloths were plentiful, even though I did have to hunt around for the cart for a minute. The only con for me was the cleaners. They were essentially pretty scents, not deep cleaners, so keep that in mind and bring your own if you're looking for something more substantial. Overall, I had a nice experience and will be returning in the future!
