This was not an easy project, as access to the house's main roof is blocked by a front fence and a separate 2 car garage. So his team improvised a bridge from the garage's roof to the house roof. They then removed the old roof shingles and found dry rot in the plywood underlay, which they replaced at cost, while making sure to thoroughly vent the new roof to prevent future dry rot..
