We were so happy with Go Green Cleaning & Construction's superior services, we decided to hire them to do the repair works on the side fences of our front yard. The side fences had fallen into disrepair over the years and we had put it off again and again thinking we would get to it eventually. After the recent super solar panels cleaning job by Nicolas and Kristin again on June 18, we thought the time is now to hire them and finally tacked the project we had putting off for so many years and we were so happy we did! Nicolas, Kristin, and Logan took their time and painstakingly and carefully sanded the old paints off the side fences and repaired the rotten wood fences. They suggested what color of white paints will go the best with the existing exterior of the house and did an absolutely amazing job of painting the side fences. Our house looks ten times better with the brand new looking side fences compare to the old disrepair fences. They took their time and cleaned up after themselves when they finished the jog and we couldn't be happier with the results. Boxed-in redwood columns + address plate + faux shutter refresh; Go Green fixed our poorly constructed wood column wraps by cleaning them, sealing and restaining them (and helped us choose the appropriate color stain.) After a pandemic refresh of boxing in old colonial chess piece porch columns with modern redwood...we came to realize within a couple years that the person we hired did a terrible job. I highly recommend Go Green Cleaning and Maintenance Services for cleaning, maintenance, and construction needs. I called Go Green because I thought I needed downspouts. I also did my due diligence in calling other gutter repair and maintenance companies. The other companies tried to persuade me to change my top rail guards when I did not need to. Go Green (Kristin) was very prompt with my estimate request. Inexperienced in gutters and downspouts, I requested a quote for two downspouts. On the installation day, Kristin and Nick came out to listen to my concerns and why I was requesting downspouts. Second, they provided me with their honest opinion and expertise. As a result, I did not need downspouts, and they provided me with tips and a piece of sheet metal (at no charge) to help alleviate the water buildup on a section of my roof. I'm happy I had the opportunity to meet them in person because meeting some good, honest, and professional business owners, unfortunately, is not too common, especially when you live in a nice neighborhood. In my experience, it's common for contractors and help to jack up their prices. Although I did not have work done that day of the home visit, I will be having them come back to remove the mold buildup on the roof. Go Green has earned my business and referrals.
