I had a situation where spotting was appearing on the fascia board between the fascia and the gutter indicating water was getting behind the fascia. He was able to remove the tiles above the drip edge and inspect the roof line. He noted a few areas that appeared to be open to allowing water to seep behind the fascia. I'm leaving a second review for Mitchell because I had a leak in the same general area that he had previously repaired. It turned out that the leak was due to a roof penetration from a nearby solar panel that was installed after his original repair. Nonetheless, Mitchell helped me figure out what was going on, and also made some recommendations on how it should be repaired, which helped me to communicate everything to the solar panel installer and get everything squared away. We needed help to repair and restore a tiled roof on our 30-year-old house. We found Maximum Roofing via Yelp. Mitchell is prompt, courteous and very knowledgable about his trade.
