He sent the quote over within the next day or so and followed up asking how the sample turned out. We weren't in a rush to get it done as it can be a process to move all the furniture around, so I put it on the back burner for a couple weeks and then reached back out to schedule. They arrived when they said they would and promptly got started. Our tile hasn't looked this clean since we built the house! They initially got down on their hands and knees and scrubbed the grout by hand. I think this is where a lot of companies cut corners and claim just steam cleaning will do the job because the last couple of times we had our tile cleaned, the grout didn't come up so clean. This week Aug 2020 Paul has maintained my pool last year…read moreweekly and is one of the most conscientious, honest and reasonably price pool service I have found in the Surprise Arizona area. This year while away for a few weeks the monsoon came in suddenly and I called Paul to check the pool as it had lots of leaves that clogged the pool drain and skimmer baskets. He came out the next day and removed the leaves and tested and treated the pool as because of the lack of water circulation was ready to have a algae bloom. After treating he came back the next day to check again and swept the entire pool then added addition treatments for algae. I know this because of my surveillance cameras recorded his actions and time he spent doing it. Like I said earlier. Honest conscientious at a great price.
