I can't remember the last time I left a review for anyone on Yelp, but All Clear is definitely deserving. Jonathan is exceptionally detailed, thorough and conscientious. He did his work - which wasn't easy at my 2-story house - while I was at work. When I came home, Jonathan was cleaning up everything and gave me a very detailed explanation of what he had done that day. He even had photographs of everything. He came to my house, surveyed the property and I quickly agreed to his quote. Johnny was even nicer in person. Not only did he do an immaculate job (the gutters and pick up of leaves, dirt, etc was spotless), he smelled gas coming from an underground pipe. I had Johnny out to do my rain gutters as well as my windows. My rain gutters had not been maintained in the last 20 years and Johnny pointed out and took care of all the small repairs that needed being done. He even offered to come out and double-check some spots that I mentioned still drip after the rain. I believe he'll do it too because he is super conscientious and seems to strive to give value above and beyond what he charges. I had him do my rain gutters and my windows and I feel like I got a lot of value for the money, which by the way was less than his competitors charge. I had some leaky, clogged rain gutters at my home which i noticed during the last really heavy rainstorm. Johnny had the best reviews on Yelp so of course I contacted him. He picked up the phone on my first try and was out to my house the next week to clean up and repair my gutters in anticipation of the "rainy season" here in SoCal. Johnny was very nice, respectful and did a few extra chores for me, at no cost, that I could not reach without a tall ladder, i.e.: cleaned up some dead branches and trimmed back a tree that was overhanging. He found lots of debris clogging some of the downspouts and I am so grateful that I had him come out. Now I am ready for the rain....whenever it decides to fall. His pricing is very reasonable also. Johnny was great - very responsive on a Sunday (which isn't his work day, but did it to help out) - came out and fixed a fallen/broken gutter (our fault for not cleaning the debris in ages). His final cost was lower than what I thought - he charged me initial estimate but because of how long he worked and how clean and careful he was I assumed it would be higher - again I appreciate his honesty (and the lower cost). One of the things that stands out about Johnny is that he is really prideful of his work and he takes pictures of your roof before and after so you actually know what was cleaned. He points out if you have broken tiles (and will even caulk some) on your roof and will notify you if he sees any problems with the drains or gutters.
