We originally left this company a 5-star review after our gutters were installed about a year and a half ago. At the time, everything looked fine to us. Unfortunately, we now know better. Our front gutter is pulling away from the house, and after having another company inspect the system, we were informed the installation was done improperly from the start. The issues weren't visible right away, but they've now led to damage to the fascia boards around our home. We are now facing the cost of full gutter reinstallation along with fascia repair and replacement. To make matters worse, the original installers used screws directly through the gutters, making them unusable for reinstall. They also used large wood screws without pre-drilling, which caused splitting in the wood rather than properly securing the system. The gutters are not aligned for proper drainage which also is not helping the situation.. This has turned into an extremely costly and frustrating situation that could have been avoided with proper installation. We trusted the initial work--and even recommended them--but based on what we've since learned, we cannot stand by that recommendation. We did contact the company prior to engaging with a second contractor recently. They came out, told us we should pay for regular clean out of the gutters. We would have welcomed the opportunity for the company to step in and make this right. I would strongly encourage others to get a second opinion before moving forward. read more

And he told me that if I have any questions about the downspouts and waterflow from the house when it rains to call him out so he can address it and review options with me. One of the issues I wanted handled is a gap between my house and a shed we have. He took care of that and explained what he did, and sent pictures. Every step of the way he checked with me to make sure that he was providing the service I wanted. I really appreciated his communication, responsiveness, and professionalism. I would like to mention to anyone who is in need of gutter service, Gutters Pro provides excellent service and goes the extra mile. They are honest, professional, personable and punctual. I rarely post reviews; however, I wanted to take the time to show my appreciation for the excellent gutter service Gutters Pro provided. During Norik's assessment of my gutter issue, which I called him about, which was water overflowing in one area of my gutter, he noticed my gutters were in good shape and were clean. Upon further examination, he saw that some debris had accumulated at the top of my downspout. He removed the debris and indicated this may be causing water to over flow in that one area of my gutter I told him about, which is several feet from my downspout. He indicated to me that if I continue to have water overflow my gutter in that area or any area; then, the debris he had removed most likely is not the problem. And, if that was the case, he made a gutter recommendation. I told Norik if I had any further issue, I would definitely call Gutters Pro to make the recommended gutter repair. I say all this to say, I am so appreciative for the honesty of Norik. He could have easily not have removed the debris and told me I need to go with the gutter repair recommendation now. Fortunately, however, it looks like the debris removal by Norik from the top of my downspout resolved my issue at this point. However, if I have any future gutter issues and need gutter repair or replacement, Gutters Pro absolutely will be my go to gutter service company. I highly recommend Gutters Pro. They are the best! We were looking for full gutter removal and replacement, along with leaf guard. Norik was extremely detailed in what our project required: why our 5" gutters couldn't always handle heavy rains in spots, and the differences between leaf guards. In the end, he and his team spent a full day on the demolition, another full day and a half installing downspouts, and Norik himself spending another day and a half on smaller final downspouts. It was over 150 feet of gutters, a lot of nooks and crannies, and everything looks great. No payment till job done. Price was competitive, and no nonsense.
