He found little things that we over looked and some things we never even though of. Excellent service! This is exactly what I got from All Coast Inspections. I called on a Friday to schedule a home inspection and Lou was available early on Monday. He looked at everything and was very fair in his assessment of the property due to age and wear. He took the time to explain his findings to us. After being recommended to Lou by my real estate agent and reading some online reviews and sample inspections on their website, I hired All Coast Inspections to complete the inspection on the home I am currently under contract to purchase. I called and spoke to Misty on a Wednesday afternoon and Lou and his apprentice were able to come out first thing Saturday morning for the inspection. They showed up early and immediately go to work. At the end of the inspection (about 1.5 hours for my 1,700 sq. ft. for my 2 bed/2.5 bath new construction home), Lou went over some of the findings from the inspection with me (luckily all small issues), and then showed me where my breaker panel and the main water line and shut off valve to the home are. Lou also provided general maintenance tips and told me that if I ever have any questions about anything from the inspection, or if I ever experience a problem that I'm not sure how to tackle, that I could text or call him and he would try to point me in the right direction. I received the inspection report from Lou within hours of his completion at the home. Included in the inspection were photos and detailed findings and recommended repairs. Overall, I am very impressed and pleased by the high level of service shown by Lou and All Coast Inspections. They provided a quick and thorough inspection at a fair cost, and I feel so much better knowing that the house I'm about to close on will be safe place to call home.
