I had a contract with All Complete Construction to repair a large deck, and power wash the outside walls of the house. Sam is the owner who handled the overall projects. His nephew, Dino, is the main on-site foreman of a professional crew. The project started as relatively small, but once the old deck was opened up, there was a difficult decision where I finally agreed to replace the entire deck, which increase the cost substantially. Eventually, repairing the front porch was included. I think it would have helped before the project began to have been provided cost estimates of different realistic scenarios for various levels of complexity of the project. There would be less of a price shock after the project began. Regarding the work that was performed, I would say that they did a very good job. Dino was very punctual and made a special effort to complete each phase of the project no matter how long it took. The crew at All Complete Construction are very professional and worked very hard. They showed adaptability when faced with various operational challenges. Overall, I am pleased with the finished work, which looks nice. read more

I asked the company to come over for an estimate. The first time they didn't show up because of the snow storm. I was delayed. That was on me. The second day they came on time. I met up with the representative of the company and he was well mannered and handed me his business card right away. I told him the situation that happened with my wood stove. They had lost power and the motor started making a weird sound after the power came back on. He heard the sound and then he stated that he never heard that before. Not even for 1 minute. He called his boss and his boss says I need a new stove. Not to bother to check anything. Just that I need to buy a new stove and they go for around $3,000. I told the guy I will get a second estimate. The second estimate a guy named buddy showed up and he looked at my stove took out two screws fix the motor and then says the job is all done that I don't need to pay anything. It was a very simple fix. I gave Buddy $100 tip as a thank you anyway because he did not scam me for anything. I will now use this guy as my personal repairman for all my heating needs. All I want to know is if this guy who owns this business wants to stay in business why would he do something like that other than just scam to make money on stuff he owns the sell. If he was just honest I would be grateful and he would have my business. But I feel that not even looking for the problem in the first place made me feel it was a scam. I don't recommend these people. It's sad but what can you do. Just read this review as you see fit. I just gone call 5 minutes ago from the owner. He is crying because of this one star review. He now threatened to call the police. And the fire department. All because I gave my bad review. He should have just apologized said we made a mistake and that would have been it. But to threaten people? That is disgusting behavior. It's a crying shame that somebody can act like this. This would never to an older company. They know how to keep a business. read more

All Complete Construction is just an overall excellent company to deal with. A family owned business by 2 brother's, Sam and Isa who are dedicated to maintaining the integrity of the high quality customer service and workmanship their father started many years ago. Professional, fair pricing, and very reliable from the estimate, start and to the completion of the job. They replaced a skylight window that was leaking as a result of a local handyman installing the wrong size and building it into a box. They also repaired all the sheetrock damage around it. In less than 3 hours, including a trip to Loews, the job was completed. After many bad experiences, I'm so happy to have found them. I highly recommend. read more

I found All Complete online after contacting many siding and construction companies to get an estimate for siding repairs of Hardi Plank cement siding. No one wanted to do repairs only entirely replace 4000 sf of siding :( Sam, the owner, came out to do an estimate and was able to assess the work needed and provide an estimate "on the spot". He definitely knows his stuff. His team came out as scheduled and worked hard and well to get the job done efficiently and precisely. If something did not come out right, they did it agin until they were satisfied with the outcome. While on the roof, they also cleared the debris that gathered over the years (moss and leaves and a bees nest !) and cleaned the Skylights. The team - Anotonio, Walter and Timmy were a pleasure to have onsite. good at their job and took care to clear up their work area at the end of the day, They are all very good at what they do and I would not hesitate to hire them again for the many other things needing repair. Sam is fair, professional, responsive and very knowledgeable. Antonio, Walter and Timmy are hard working, skilled at their work and a pleasure to deal with. Bait and Switch! Quoted paint job on quality paints, delivered paint from a box store at 90% SAVINGS to his business. I wound up with an inferior quality paint, inferior quality workmanship and lots of paint splatters that Sam promised to clean up, but NEVER completed the clean up job. The inferior quality paint used on the windows peeled up within a month after application. Painters put the paint on really thick in wet weather. Painters did not use drop cloths. Painter told me to get salmon color paint to COVER UP SPLATTERS HE CAUSED. So, I paid you to come in and mess up my house and I am to clean up YOUR mess. All Complete Construction came to repair water damaged trim on my patio door and left it in worse condition than when they started. I have a double French door where both doors should swing in and close together to lock. After their work, one of the doors is no longer moving and is caught on the threshold. I initially thought that it was just latched into place, but the latch doesn't even line up with the hole in the floor anymore. The door won't stay closed unless you lean on it, and the bolt lock won't turn into place. The is a large gap between the door and the hinges that I can fit my entire hand in. There is also a gap between the door and the floor. I spent $900 for them to ruin my door, and now have to get it replaced. read more

What do you understand the following to mean? "And, if you do all the four jobs, in addition to the chimney cleaning, I will throw in leaf guards"? So simple that a 5-year old would understand the promise! Right? Several years ago, we tested Sam/All Complete Construction with a relatively small project and he passed with his attentiveness to the projects and delivery as promised. That's why we invited Sam/All Complete Construction to handle some larger projects. We contracted with Sam/All Complete Construction to do all the four jobs (roof replacement, gutters, soffit/fascia cladding, and painting). Subsequently, when speaking to Sam about the gutters, I asked him what about the gutter guards? He told me that I "misunderstood" him. I was totally stunned that someone I had placed my trust in would bold face lie to me. I don't know what happened to change Sam over the last few years, but I do know that I cannot recommend Sam/All Complete Construction. Because of the Promise Made, Promise NOT Kept, I am giving All Complete Construction a lowest grade allowed for the Gutter Job. The company name should be changed from All Complete Construction to "INCOMPLETE CONSTRUCTON. read more
