Ron Williams company was quick to respond to the services needed on a Kenmore Oasis HE washing machine. The service required changing both the basket hub and the bearings. Before we can dispose of our old freezer, the City requires us to remove the refrigerant from the freezer and put a "Freon removed" tag on it. The City's Bulk-Pick Up service will not take it without a tag. I contacted about ten companies. All County Appliance Services was the only company I found in the Atlanta Georgia area that could do this service. After performing the service, they were courteous enough to help carry the freezer to the curb. read more

My refrigerator was leaking water. I saw an ad in Chapel Hill News for All County Appliance service and called for someone to come out. Ron came out on 4/3/2025 and inspected. He knocked the ice from the bottom of the tray and said I needed a new board and would need to order it. He said it would be 3-5 days for the part to come in. I paid him $308 for the part and service call. I have called several times and gone by his house to request an update or a refund. There has been no response from him. Definitely the worst repair company I've ever worked with. Only nice thing I will say - the office staff was lovely and helpful when having to schedule multiple appointments. The company was sent to me through my home warranty. The owner seemed nice enough the first time he showed up, saying he needed to order the part to repair my microwave display. The second time he showed up, he brought the wrong parts and had to leave without doing anything. The third time he came, he replaced the display but the problem wasn't solved. That's when he went from being nice to being agitated and rude. He said he'd done all he could do and I'd just have to take it up with the home warranty company. Fast forward a few days later and the microwave frame literally fell out when I opened the microwave, almost hitting me in the head. Turns out he had BROKEN the frame when putting it back in and didn't say anything. I called the company to come back and fix it, and told them to please send ANYONE else, but was told he was the technician. I expected him to be rude when he showed up the fourth time and he did not disappoint there. He denied breaking it and said he's the owner of the company and knows what he's doing. There was no arguing with him, despite the fact that he was the only one who touched the microwave, and didn't mention a thing about it being broken when he initially "fixed it". His company is now refusing to fix the frame, so I'm filing an insurance claim as the part he broke is $400. I unfortunately had a terrible experience with this company. I initially hired ACA to fix my fridge. They came and fixed it but within a week, it was broken again. They came again fo fix it, but once again it broke and the same problem persisted. This happened two more times (they came to my house a total of 4 times). At that point I purchased a new fridge, which come to find is what I should have done from the very get go. When I requested a refund since my fridge was never actually fixed, I was told I could only be refunded labor, which was disappointing but made sense to me. It took over FIVE months of me consistently calling to absolutely no avail. The owner would not call me back. Every time I spoke to the receptionist or office staff, I was informed that he was completely aware of my case and would get back to me. After 5 months of this, the receptionist recommended I "do what you need to do." I filed a claim through BBB . I was eventually refunded a small portion ($120) of the total fees ($600+) I paid. The emotional headache to pursue a further refund didn't make it worth it. In short, I was very disappointed in the service and more significantly disappointed (and incredibly frustrated) at the complete lack of customer service. read more

They came out, took a piece or two out of it, and then left. Three weeks passed and we never heard from them. They then cashed our $75 check. I called to get an update, and the lady who answered the phone was extremely rude. She also didn't have any update. Once we hit the one month mark, I guess they quit the job because home warranty assigned a new company out of the blue. This company sucks more than I can put into words. Promptly came to my house. Said dishwasher needed a part, which he was ordering from Macon, GA (not overseas), and it should take 7-10 days. We paid him for the service call and never heard from him again. Called multiple times, was able to leave a message with receptionist once. Other times left a voice mail message, or the mailbox was full and we could not leave a message. No response. 3 weeks later, our dishwasher is still broken and we have heard nothing. I cannot recommend the use of this company. I am giving two stars just because of the good service the last time I used them. This time I had an appt window from 11am to 3pm. At 3:10pm, I called their office because I had not seen or heard from the Technician. The person in the office said he had another job that was taking longer than expected. I asked them to check on when he would be done. She did and called back and said it would be another hour. She could not tell me if he would be finished there in an hour or see me in an hour. She had told me the town they were working in and it was at least 30 minutes away driving time. I cancelled the appointment, which they had already missed anyway. Still not sure if they even had the parts to repair my unit. When I first set up the call, I told them it was my Frigidaire dishwasher that had a broken rinse arm, but they never asked the model number. The last time I used them they came on time and fixed my oven door arm quickly. I am trying someone else for the dishwasher and if they work out will stay with them. Already I feel better about the otehr company and they have not even came to the house yet. They asked the make and model and what was broke so they can have the parts in before trying to schedule install. I don't have many kind things to say about All County Appliance Services (formerly RBS Appliances I think). My refrigerator has been making a loud grinding noise and it's still under warranty so I called the manufacturer. They referred me to All County to do the repair for free. They were supposed to come on a Saturday afternoon to look at my fridge. I rearranged my weekend plans so that I would be home when the technician arrived. No show, no call, and no apology from the office either. So I called to reschedule. The technician was supposed to show up between 5 and 7pm (and I had once again rearranged my schedule to accommodate the appointment time) . He showed up at 7:45. I was under the mistaken impression that he would fix the problem at that time, but he said he needed to order parts. It's been almost 6 weeks since the technician visited and the parts are still not in to fix my damn refrigerator. That may not be completely their fault, but I have called the office MANY times to check on the status. They have never once called me back, even with repeated voicemails and specific requests to return my call. Unfortunately, they are the designated appliance repair shop for my brand of refrigerator. Otherwise I would go to another company in a heartbeat. [If you're thinking, "Wow, lady, first world problems, much?" - yes, it's true. I have no idea why they have such a low rating because they have fixed two of my appliances and knew exactly what was wrong and what to do. They are quick to do their job and accurate about the issues and the repair person, who I believe is the owner, is super nice and knowledgeable about his line of work. I definitely recommend them. Edit: I called them in to fix a dryer and he was unable to do it. However, he still wanted us to pay for the job. In the end, we compromised and paid for labor, and he returned part of our money back. I don't have a problem with people not being able to fix something, but it seemed like he knew he wasn't going to be able to do it and still kept trying. This makes me upset. I wish that I could give this company zero stars. The owner, Ron, is the most unprofessional, uncouth liar that I ever had the misfortune of dealing with in my entire life. All County Appliance Services is a joke. First, they sent a repairwoman, Mandy, to fix our GE washing machine. Mandy complained that the machine was too heavy for her to lift by herself, and I even assisted her in doing her job. After my girlfriend voiced her displeasure over the phone, Mandy burst into tears and ran to her truck and drove off. She told me that she was going to call Ron to see if he was available to come help her, or if he could come on Monday at 6pm. She didn't call Ron, say she was leaving, nor did she bother to clean up after herself. She left the parts scattered over the kitchen and didn't push the machine back to the wall. After making another appointment with Ron he was to show up on Monday at 6pm. He claims to have arrived at 5pm and stayed until 5:45 before he left. This was a lie. Ron did not show, nor did he call to say that he wouldn't. The next morning he called my girlfriend screaming in an aggressive manner. Ron is a punk who tries to bully women, but he didn't try any of his aggressive attitude with me. I have already contacted GE and told them to remove All County from their list of vendors and I have also contacted the BBB. All County Appliance Services is dreadful and a joke. We bought it in April and it is August and they have been out over four times and the eye still does not work right. When we call, they never call us back. Never return calls--ever. The poor lady in the office that answers the phones sounds frazzled every time I call (probably 25 calls so far I have made). Finally went to Lowes and explained the situation. Recently purchased a Frigidaire refrigerator and the ice maker was defective upon purchase. So All County was the service company assigned to make the repair. Unfortunately, things started off badly when they no showed the first appointment. Took half the day off because I had a service appointment for 1-4 pm on a Friday. At 4:30 I call and they had no record of the appointment. So it looks like the rep on the phone gave me a time and just didn't input it into the system correctly. Office manager apologizes profusely and sets up another time. To their credit, the tech shows up on time. He does a "diagnosis" and says everything appears to be working correctly. He then turned the temperature in the freezer down 1 degree and said that it should work now. Of course it didn't, so he came out again to replace a part in the ice maker. That didn't fix the problem so he came out a third time to "diagnose" again. He has to call someone as he doesn't have any experience with this model. They come to the conclusion it's the control board so he has to order that. The tech is very friendly, but he told me that french door style refrigerators are so new that they don't have much experience working on them so they're sort of guessing. Considering that the style has been out for a long time, this doesn't inspire much confidence. 2 weeks later, the control board arrives and I get a call to schedule the replacement. It's for a Tuesday and on Monday, no confirmation call. I call Tuesday morning and apparently yet again, their scheduler gave me a non existent appointment. Office manager gets me a time the next day and the tech does arrive on time. Replaces the part and still not fixed. So to recap, they've been physically out 4 times and couldn't fix the problem. But they no showed twice which is two more times that we had to set aside time during the work day for them. So I count basically 6 appointments and a lot of wasted time. I'm still in process of trying to get this fixed with Frigidaire as they have had to contact another company. All County ended up wasting 2 months. To top it off, they didn't properly log any of the appointments with Electrolux/Frigidaire so they reported only coming out once. This impacts the warranty process because Frigidaire requires a certain number of service visits before they will start the process to replace a defective appliance. I'm not sure why All County wouldn't send proper documentation in to Frigidaire, but that's what they did. I thought maybe my experience was a fluke, but I looked them up and there have been similar reports about them for years. I have no idea how they continue to be chosen by appliance manufacturers. read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are a bunch of crooks. Our Frigidaire above stove microwave started tripping its circuit breaker. When we called them, the technician acted like he knew exactly what the problem was without even seeing or going through any troubleshooting procedures. Stated he'd have to replace 3 switches in the microwave and total cost would be $250 parts & labor. I told him I wouldn't commit to that cost without him at least looking at it. I should have called the whole thing off then but we needed our microwave. Finally, he came out and replaced one switch and charged us $175 and never even put his meter on anything. That night the microwave tripped its breaker again. I tried to cancel the check I wrote but he'd already hurried and cashed it. It would be almost a week before he could come back. In the mean time, I put the microwave on an extension cord and ran it to another circuit that had other things on it, as well. It ran for 4 days without tripping the breaker. I called All County and told them I suspected it was a bad breaker and not anything in the microwave. When he called back, he wanted to argue with me about it and was very dismissive and rude. He got angry when I told him he could have figured that out if he'd used troubleshooting procedures. The woman in the office said he was not an electrician but when he came out he said he was a master electrician and a professor at a technical college. He claims he told my wife to take a picture of the breakers in the panel which was a lie. I took the breaker out and replaced it and the microwave works fine. All County is about charging you for parts you don't need, not taking the time to troubleshoot to find out what the problem is while doing it with a bad, rude attitude. Later we found out from a neighbor that they did the same thing to them to the tune of $400 and never fixed the problem. All County refuses to give us our money back and woman on the phone screamed at my wife. read more

By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. My original appointment was from 9-1, they came at 5, after calling a couple of times after 1 saying they were about 30 minutes away. Then he came back, the appointment was from 12-3, again he came at 5 and didn't fix it - because he originally misdiagnosed the problem. Once again, I had an appointment from 12-3, this time he came at 6, and not only did he not fix the range on this 3rd trip, but he also didn't put all of the screws back in the range. Next appointment I was told the repairman would come at 5, no one ever showed or called to say they were not coming. EIGHT WEEKS LATER, I had to call them to find out when the repairman was coming back. Now I have an appointment scheduled on Saturday from 12-3. I won't hold my breath. Stay far away from these folks. I'm going to call Frigidaire and complain. read more

They were to be out between 1 and 3 on 11/22/2012, and although I left repeated voice messages asking for a call / explanation they did not call me until 3:30 to explain that they would be out at 4:45. Because Best Buy had already looked at the fridge, we already know that it's not the compressor, the joke from All County Appliances Services, LLC - who arrived an hour and 1/2 late, with only a screw driver and no parts, takes a look and asserts it's the compressor. I know it was a Friday afternoon, and they were running late, but it's likely this tech is wrong, there has been no fridge for 10 days and at least 10 more to go before they'll have to order the correct parts.... read more

Technician showed up an hour after appointment and after I called the office to ask where he was. Took four weeks for the pump to arrive and to get a technician scheduled. I would give zero stars if possible. They are the worse. They sent a trainee out to my house and he broke the unit so that it won't even turn on anymore. When the part came in to fix it, they guy never showed up. They didn't call or even have the professional courtesy to inform me that they will not come. The next day, Ron called and attempted to fix the dryer. He admitted that the trainee blew the dryer's motherboard and he will try to fix the problem -- but needed to order the part. Finally, the part is in and Ron failed to show up for the appointment AGAIN. Even though Kathy from his office promised that he would show up -- probably after the promised time frame, but he would show. This is the most unprofessional and dishonest company I've dealt with. I can pretty much confirm everything everyone else has said about this company. Frigidaire needs to find a new company to work with and work on their own customer service skills as well. We bought a brand new refrigerator and it has been freezing everything in the fridge part for going on 2 months now. First we were told it needed a new part, which took over a week to come in. When it finally came in and they came out to fix it it ended up being faulty wiring. They needed to send Frigidaire pictures to get a replacement fridge sent to us since it was still under warranty. Well, I'm not sure whose fault it was but the pictures were lost or never received. That was two weeks ago. Meanwhile I've got breast milk for my newborn baby being repeatedly frozen and dethawed in my fridge - this ruins the milk - and if you know anything about breastfeeding you know how outraged I am about ounces and ounces of milk for my daughter being ruined. Now a lot of this is probably Frigidaire's fault since they manufactured the piece of shit in our kitchen, but All County is also horrible at arriving on time for appointments as well as communicating with their clients. read more

After my service appointment was confirmed 3 times with Frigidaire and with this company they called me the day of the appointment and told me I was scheduled for a different time frame.
