Both me and my warranty company have been calling these people for a month and a half to either return the part or contact me to repair my washer. I found a washer on FB Marketplace and bought it. The corporate office contacted me about this company and they have been removed from ever working within the warranty company again & will be served for not returning the part.

I went to his local supplier and picked up the part and his technician came to my home, replaced the part, but could not get the stove fully functional. Even though the technician left in frustration, Mr. Baumann told me he would personally be at my house the next day to complete the repair. He found the problem and had it fixed in less than an hour with no additional charge. When the owner of a business has that kind of commitment to making sure his customers are completely satisfied, it cannot get any better. I will never call anyone else to fix my appliances.

If this was like three or four months after the repair I would say fair enough but 40 days or less it is ridiculous This is not a great experience at all
