When she enters the room, you instantly feel comfortable. She explains everything. She goes through the entire procedure. She tells you when you may feel pain (I felt nothing). As the appointment proceeds, she explains what is coming next. She is gentle, kind and wonderful. (Hard to believe she's a dentist--not the tooth fairy.) While this may sound like a contradiction, she both takes her time--and is extremely efficient. The only down side is finding her office--after you enter the building. It's on the second floor, BEHIND the steps. If Dr. Reddy wasn't an endodontist, I would actually look forward to seeing her. If you ever need an endodontist, go see Dr. Reddy. You'll be glad you did.

They are still using huge needles for anesthesia, I had to move to another chair because there was no power going to the tools to remove cavity. I made a few visits. They are Only open 3 days. Mondays are great for me so far because I am off Monday. I love the reception, they speak professionally unlike West Hill which had terrible receptionists. I never met Dr. Patel. I heard they have a bigger better dental office in Mt. Vernon but I have NO desire to go out of my way out of my community. I come here because they take my dental insurance and close by. So far, I have had Dr. Schwatz who seems really nice, and another dentist, forgot her name, maybe she also goes by the name Patel which is an extremely common name, probably not related to the owner. Both my dentists are young, appear to be in their 20s. So I am a little nervous but they seem to know well what they are doing, patient. My son was fine because his teeth appeared healthy, he had plaque. My daughter has more issues with her rear molars, she is young and they told her she needed a root canal and she was shocked that the equipment was old, she complained also about the old anesthesia needle and asked me to find a place with modern technology for a 2nd opinion. I will give it few more tries for me and my son. I need Tarrytown or Sleepy Hollow recommendations for my daughter

This office did root canals on my teeth 19 and 30 in late 2020 and the start of 2021. The office…read moredid not fully clean out Tooth 19's canals, and they missed an entire canal in Tooth 30. Two years later I learned that I had infection of the bone at these two locations. I needed to spend over $4,000 to have both teeth retreated. Only after calling the office four times asking to speak with Dr. Rohit Patel was I told by a "Stephanie" that the office's "hands were tied" as I had signed a release and I elected to have the teeth retreated by an alternative doctor (in this case a qualified Endodontist).

He is an excellent dentist and a bit of a perfectionist. He has done thorough examinations of my teeth and gums, and gave me a crown and separately a filling. I have no complains and just praise. The doctors are very knowledgeable and try to make each visit very comfortable. Every now and then however I find myself waiting for a chair between 20 to 45 minutes which is just not acceptable to me. Maybe I can understand 20 minutes for the unforeseen problem the patient before me encountered. Today was a forty-minute wait and this made me quite irritated, so rather than this happening again I will go the front desk and request another appointment for a different day. My hope is that they become better at the scheduling process.
