They sent me home with an ice pack, some extra gauze and instructions on how to care for the site. Staff was friendly and explained the bill to me before and after (and nothing changed). The doctor even called me at home that evening to see how I was healing. Gentle but strong - good qualities for an oral surgeon. If you need oral surgery, call these guys.

No cavities and no work needed. I had cracked a tooth prior which I knew about but didn't think it was serious. Well apparently it was and caused a small cavity. Dr Castanaro fixed my tooth up....despite me acting like a huge baby when he needed to numb me. He worked quickly and was gentle. Was funny and kept me entertained while he worked. When scheduling, I made it very clear that I would need nitrous due to dental anxiety. After arriving, I waited over an hour past my appointment time, only to finally be told by the receptionist--without any empathy--that I couldn't have nitrous because they had "used the last of the oxygen." This is not a small oversight. For patients with anxiety, this kind of preparation and communication is essential. To wait that long, after traveling and arranging childcare for a newborn, only to be dismissed so casually is incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. If you experience dental anxiety and rely on accommodations like nitrous, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. This office does not seem equipped to handle those needs with the care or consideration they require.

He and the staff there are great, I had some pain yesterday morning and they were able to squeeze me in(they weren't open yet but they have the phones set up to there mobiles which is really great!), they had me in and out for a root canal in less than an hour, and it didn't hurt at all! he was very good with talking to me and letting me know what was going on, and answered all the questions I had, I strongly recommend them! Oh yeah, Tia rocks too, i'd be in trouble if I didn't mention that. I'm not scared to go to the dentist now, and I'm happy to have found a place with good people.

When I respectfully shared this feedback and mentioned that I had already discussed a payment plan for the additional crown with the office manager, Dr. Loeb abruptly left the room and stated that she would not cement my crowns unless payment was made in full. As a patient in the middle of treatment, with three prepared teeth awaiting final restoration, I felt scared, vulnerable, and distressed. I understand that dental practices have payment policies, but I did not expect my concerns to be met in this manner, especially after I had already been working with the office on a payment arrangement. I appreciate Dr. Roman, the office manager, and the practice owner for stepping in, resolving the situation, and allowing my treatment to be completed. However, I believe patients deserve clear communication, professionalism, and respect, especially when they are in such a vulnerable position.

WP Dental told me I had to pay for all visits upfront in cash before I could be seen and then they would contact my insurance company. I have never experienced this before and this is very illegal.
