Ok. First let me say this. Our doggie Lola, NEVER goes into the arms of a stranger without a lot of convincing. She is a very friendly little girl, but when it comes to grooming, she has a general attitude of "NO WAY". Like Lola, our meeting with Jennifer was a pleasure from the beginning. Jennifer found a way to squeeze us in for grooming with only a couple days notice. We were thrilled. Meeting Jennifer in person was a fantastic experience too. She is warm and welcoming. After the grooming, Lola ran back into our home very happy and looking perfect. Jennifer did an awesome job of translating our requests into a really great cut. And kept our pup happy the whole time. Jennifer said she was easier than most Havanese, which reassured us even more that Jennifer has a lot of experience and intuition to guide her work to make it the most pleasurable for the breed! We love Jennifer, so do our furries. Our Pixie Bob just got groomed today for the first time with us, she is a rescue. It was amazing and she is so thrilled and happy. A couple of weeks ago we also had our three dogs groomed. Two of them are experienced with grooming and no issues. We have a rescue that has been with us a year, and he is scared of everything but has finally started becoming a dog. We tried three other attempts with a non mobile groomer and he never got groomed as he was really nervous. Jennifer worked with us and we had her pull in the gates then secured the area. She ended up grooming the seasoned boys first, but with each one that went in the doors remained open so that they were free to look. The dogs were taking turns going in and out of the trailer and finally our nervous boy went in and checked it out. We sat outside the trailer and kept out of the way, it was a non stressful experience for all involved. We are super impressed and totally love this groomer! If you are a nervous furry parent call Jennifer, I would rate her 10 stars since 5 is not enough. read more
