Don't Supervise dogs properly. Lie. will keep your money for months and have no regard for people, let alone animals. Owner is most likely the cruelest and most heartless liar I have ever encountered and my late partner would agree too. Sasha is sweet, but she works for very ignorant person. Lied about an incident my dog was in there, well before and after he went to obedient school and while attending there with other animals he is certified as a emotional support dog and has never had any altercation with any dog or cat. All creatures and the owner specifically (besides the person who left early and left the animals unattended when the alleged incident occurred) are liars, and any one can run a business of putting a bunch of dogs in a room; but how you gonna lie and keep peoples money and provide no evidence on top of having no compassion for loyal long time customers? Power got to they're heads and they are the most breedist people around. (Which is a form of racism towards dogs). How gross, beware it's not as it seems. I don't even think the owner likes animals, obvious when he saw my sag and my dog tried to say hello and he brushed him away the day after my partner died and I needed a place for my dog, who had no incident there in over 1 year. However, this week I saw one of the staff members (older lady) being rough and inattentive with another dog in a manner that makes me worry how they treat/groom the pets when their owners aren't around. My boy, Ryno, turned out amazing as always. The only thing not making this a 5 star review is the lack of communication I received today. Apparently there was a problem cat my groomer was taking care of that pushed my dogs cut back significantly. It wasn't until I called 2 1/2 hours later that I learned that my pup wasn't even started and that it would be another hour before he was done. I needed someone to watch my cat for a week with two days notice. They welcomed my cat and he had a very comfortable time there, as far as I can tell. They have a separate cat room with large cages. They give each cat 2 periods per day of 'walking around and sniffing' time. Litter, food and affection is included. Extremely reasonable rates of $10/day for one cat. Horrible experience!!!! I took my golden doodle (real) for mini groom. $125 later he not only looked like a totally different dog he went from a bear to a rat. It wasn't the body shaved down that I was bothered, very frustrated and extremely disappointed, it was that this lady never used a scissor to trim his face and never told me that she was going to shaved his head off including his ears his beard that didn't have one mat on them. Even the front desk employees were surprised when they saw the dog after being groomed. It's so called Groomer ruined his face. I was there and the dog wasn't too fussy I mean he's a puppy he's going to move but I know him he wasn't barking he was calm. . His cut is so choppy even his eyelashes were shaved. The dog before THIS grooming received compliments all the time and when he came home even my neighbors felt sorry for him everybody was like what in the world happened to him where did you take him! My daughter who was with me the whole time waiting for the dog was crying all the way back home and like I said it's not the shaved body which was a major difference it was the unnecessary and unauthorized shaving of his beard, ears, eyelashes.. this "groomer" took it upon herself to deceive me never told me that she was going to shave his face his ears oh she left a little poodle bun on the top of his head that made him look ridiculous when the dog is not a poodle. What bothers us the most is the choppiness of the beard the face in general he doesn't look like he was groomed. And after I paid $125 which is the same amount that I had paid for the mobile which is supposed to be more expensive than going there in person, I was not even given a breakdown of why The cost was higher than their prices. And I HAVE TO FIND AOMEONE TO TRIM HIS FACE BC ITS SO CHOPPY. I just ran out and paid with a lot of regret because I think it was extremely expensive especially because it was not a full groom and per the website a full groom include many other things that were not done to the dog. I wasn't even given a bandana until I ask for it, just to try to make the dog look a little better in my kids eyes who was on the verge of tears when she saw him. When we got home not only my family was in shock my neighbors were in shock and immediately noticed his choppy cut and told me I was going have to take him to be groomed again at least around his face that's how bad it is. Even employees from this grooming place made a comment on "why would she groom the do like that" says everything about the terrible job done to my poor dog. I liked the place so much and had great expectations for dog sitting etc. but I will never ever take my dog there again. I was overcharged and deceived. Look at these pictures on Yelp the golden doodle there I'm sure was not groommed by Amy. I would not like my worst enemy to take their golden doodle there. We were looking for a new place to take 2 of our dogs for grooming. A friend highly recommended this place so I decided to give them a try! I gave them a call and the woman answering was friendly and able to squeeze our dogs in for an appointment on a Saturday with 3-4 days notice. They don't require any vet paperwork for grooming and I was advised that it's only needed if we use them for daycare/boarding. We were advised to show up a few minutes early at drop off to fill out the required paperwork. The location is right on a busy stretch of South St (walking distance to Market on South) . This place seems to have been here forever as it has quite a following and is an older space. We checked in at the front counter and filled out the paperwork also instructing them on what we wanted done with each of our dogs. Multiple grooming stations are set up behind the front counter so you are able to see the groomers at work. I will admit it is very loud and echoey not to mention the dogs barking but nothing that deterred us. They even had a dog in a crate in the front that was up for adoption so I like that they try to help pups in need. Anyways we were instructed to come back a little before 4pm (when they close) to pick up the dogs. Our girls looked great and exactly how we instructed along with pretty little bows on their collars. The groomers were great with our girls and vice versa . They do charge based on weight( our girls are in the 30-40 lb range) and for each of our girls I believe it was $45 for the full groom which I think is more than reasonable. Overall, we were more than happy with our experience and how they treated our pups and will definitely use them again. read more

Brong my yorkie to get a so call minnie groom and i clearly specified for them to clean her face cause her hair was in her face and they charged me $48 just to put her dam hair in a pony tail. Well i could of did that myself. I called the same day and complaint bout it and they said i could bring her back so they can redo her face. After my dogs 3rd time coming here. I had an 11:30 am appt and I didn't get my dog back until 4:30 pm. Upon picking up my dog the employee realized my dog had peed on his own tail and had to be rewashed (he's completely potty trained). It's seems as though they had him in a crate and did not take him outside. Also, that time slot is ridiculous, if I knew my dog was going to sit in a crate for that long I could have dropped him off closer to his TRUE appointment time. $100 later and his hair cut was very uneven and not what we asked for at all. read more

Loved the service we received here! Our cat had fleas due to coming into contact with a dog who had them, so we opted for the full service grooming. When I made the appointment the lady on the phone thoroughly explained the shampoo they use which gave me reassurance of its effectiveness and how safe it is! Dropping him off was simple and a few hours later I picked him up and his fur felt the softest it's ever been and it smelled fresh. His nails were nicely clipped and he's no longer itchy and scratching excessively now that the fleas are gone. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout the entire process.
