As experienced pup owners, we knew what qualities we wanted, and didn't want in a pet sitter. We struggled to find someone that we trusted with our "baby" and access to our home. One afternoon, we literally bumped into Katie on the corner near our house, and had a quick conversation! That led to scheduling a meet and greet at our home. Chip immediately fell in love with Katie and we loved how thorough she was with all her questions and follow-up questions! Hubby and I immediately scheduled a date night! When Katie & Chip had their scheduled walk & play time, we got the best video follow-up, with a text letting us know how the visit went. When we arrived we went to guest services and they asked standard questions like purpose for dog. We were able to also get a quick line pass due to my sons needs and the dog. It is good to note we went on a Thursday so it was a slow park day. The staff at every ride was amazing and kind in explaining how it worked. Every ride has its own kennel cage. We were able to leave him in the dog stroller on some rides and others we just popped him into the cage. He happily sat and waited for us. Because we had the quick line pass he did not have to wait long. The cages are in small rooms or behind curtains at the front of the line. I would recommend anyone nervous about it to trust me when I say your dog will be safe for the small amount of time they have to wait.

I called him ahead of time and asked if we were able to provide electronic copies of our dog's vaccination records. He was kind and helpful at the front desk and made us feel at ease. We came back to the kennel mid-day to walk our pet and let him run around on the grass area adjacent to the facility. Now, the pick up is why I am giving this kennel service a 1-Star rating. Per the the contract, we had to pick up our dog at 11:00PM. This was no issue as the parks closed at 9:00PM and we wanted to get a bite to eat afterwards at CityWalk. After we already ordered, my husband called the kennel at 9:05PM and make sure we had until 11:00PM. The last representative on-duty said he was heading out EARLY. My husband asked "if we don't make it in time, will we not be able to get him?" and the rep said YES. Absolutely no heads up - wouldn't have known if we hadn't chosen to call FIRST. So in panic, we had to pay now and get our food to go. Disloyal to the contract and a total inconvenience. I bolted back to the kennel, and found that the door was locked at 9:24PM. As a pet owner, you can imagine the feeling. A sign was placed on the front desk that the representative was "checking on our dog or out back cleaning"..... to which neither was true. Our dog was completely unattended. I called the kennel line and the security line multiple times provided on the phone outside and got no answer. After waiting and waiting, the representative came up on a golf cart, entered the facility through a side door, and unlocked the front door from the inside. He then walked away as if we didn't see me the whole time. He did not try to explain himself or apologize - instead rudely asked me "pick up name?". I got my dog and got out of there. We will not be returning.

We took a trip to universal for 5 days, all the way from Maryland. Trying to find a dog boarding business that would accommodate our late arrival time after our 12 hour road trip was few and far in between..and then I found Grammy! Her existing reviews were already extremely reassuring, and then I reached out with our information to see if it would be feasible. She got back to me immediately and was so patient and flexible with our drop off and pick up times, it was truly so easy to book and set everything up! Fast forward, we get to Grammy's around almost 1 in the morning, after driving for 12 hours with our sweet Cherry Tomato! And wow was I shocked, our girl usually can be a little standoffish with entering new places/going into unfamiliar homes...I don't even think she looked back at us once Grammy was there! She got right out of the car and just went straight on up to Grammy and was greeted by the sweetest woman! We were floored! She was tail wagging straight through the front door and it was so reassuring for us! Grammy also kept us updated with pictures every hour during the days she was there! We got to see all her new friends she made and our Cherry just having the best time! We couldn't recommend Grammy more! Overall 1000000/10 experience and I have never felt more peace of mind leaving my baby with someone new. We will absolutely be boarding with Grammy for all of our future Orlando endeavors and I highly recommend you do too! We can't thank you enough Grammy!!!

The staff is so kind and informative. They let you know if there were any concerns with your pets behavior or eating habits. They are super accommodating and allow you to bring your pets favorite toy or treats and even their bed for boarding. They keep detailed notes and ensure they understand what your pets needs are and how to care for them . They even administer meds for your pet. They have surveillance and you can watch you pet play during the day using the odoggy app. You only have access to the cameras at night if your pet is staying in a VIP room. They have treat options like hot dogs and ice cream and grooming options for your pet during their stay. My favorite time is when I pick my pup up and she is so happy to see me and the staff provides a picture and/ or report card of how her stay went. Nice size parking lot and right off the highway for pet parents.., little shop inside for last minute needs, they also have indoor and outdoor areas for the pups and a puppy pool. Prices are going up a few dollars in September but currently a small room is $53 per night.. I believe VIP is $75 per night but is a larger room with a TV and camera access for pet parents. They do have a fees for late pickups and different things so just keep in mind because that can add up quickly. All in all my pups loves this place and sleeps for two days after all the playing she does while here. This will continue to be my go to. Even with the pending price increase, they are right in line with similar boarding facilities in the area

We used another service during our Thanksgiving vacation and two days in a row the sitter was a no-show, while we were hundreds of miles away creating a stressed-out vacation experience. Thankful to say, our sitter Mikayla not only showed up every day as scheduled, but she also sent updates via email for each visit per our request. Three times each day we got an update on Molly along with a couple of photos. Laura and the team made it super easy to get set up, to schedule the visits, and the overall experience was wonderful. Is Laura more expensive than the other service we used previously? Yes. Was she worth the extra costs? Absolutely. The peace of mind knowing that Mikayla was there each day and providing the updates created a stress-free vacation. We will be using their services again in the future.
