He got in my backyard and when I approached him and asked where his permission was to enter my property, he said he did not need one. That it was not criminal trespassing. So if you want these people just to come into your property whenever they feel like it, hire them. Their customer service is extremely unprofessional. If they needed to remove 'their property' from my property, just like they harass you to get into a quarterly membership with them with emails and mail correspondence, they should also let you know that someone is coming and requires access to your backyard and the privacy of your home.

From the beginning, Ray was honest about what to expect. He explained that the treatment would take a couple of weeks to fully work and that I might still see a few roaches during that time because they would be in the dying process. Ray never made me feel like I was bothering him or asking too many questions. He was patient, professional, and always willing to explain what was happening and reassure me.
