I am the Vice President of Training in TN for a large, multi-national training company that helps companies learn to do what this company does: Treat the customer as if they were family. I found Complete Animal Removal from a google search, and they were the first company to call me back and act like they wanted to help me, not just quote a price. They are reasonably priced, and I was out of town on a business trip when my wife discovered the skunks in the back yard. Michael Wells came out to advise us what we needed to do. My wife is not easily impressed. She called me raving about what a great guy Michael was. She trusted the company and was very f said theavorably impressed with him and what they said they could do. He set the trap, and the next day Nick came out and removed a raccoon. He acted as if I were his only customer for the day, and he had several stops. Great guy. The next day Brock was on call and he removed the skunk, and soon after, the next skunk. Both times he was patient, helpful, and treated us like we were friends, not just customers. It's as if they'd taken our training! I would highly recommend these folks to you if you're looking for service. Michael and Dakota saved the day! Over the holiday weekend we had an uninvited guest scratching around in our attic. My mother-in-law swore it was something bigger than a mouse. So I called up complete animal removal, and they came out the next business day for a FREE inspection. Honestly, the best free inspection I've ever had. Not just because we had no signs of anything larger than a mouse, but because of the quality of service Michael and Dakota provided. They gave a curtesy call before hand, inspected the attic and took pictures so I didn't have to go up. They worked great together, and we're both super knowledgeable, honest, and efficient. After inspecting the attic, they took the time to explain to me what they found, and the possible whys behind the situation. This animal removal company is the real deal! We tried unsuccessfully for several months to catch the squirrel in our attic that we heard at night. So we called the Bone Dry Roofing company and they gave us a Complete Animal Removal's business card. I called and made an appointment and Sean came out soon after on January 16, 2023. He was very polite. He thoroughly inspected our attic and then explained the procedure they go through to catch the squirrel (setting traps, five days of checking, cleaning up the animals mess, microdeodarizing then fixing the damage on the roof and eaves.) We were very impressed with him so we bought the service. The company, true to their word, for the next five days sent techs out to check the traps. They caught two squirrels! All the techs, Justin, Josh, Kevin, and Nick were very polite, prompt and did an excellent job. Finally, to close the process, Tyler, the inspector came out to make sure we were satisfied and to examine the roof repairs. He also was great! Overall I would highly recommend this company. When our air conditioner went out, we figured it was because the unit was old. What we came to find out was we had wildlife living in our attic spaces and they were chewing the wires. Flying squirrels, grey squirrels and a big snake. Arrow, our exterminator, recommended Complete Animal Removal. I must say from the time JB walked in the door to inspect our attic to several weeks later when our project was completed, they were consistent in their superior service. James, Chase, Hunter, David and Joe called every time before they came over. They were neat, efficient, professional, hard working and communicated through every step of the process. They even gave us a report every evening on what had been completed and what was still left to do. Callen came for our final inspection before the insulation was replaced. We had a few bumps in the road initially but after a phone call things began to fall into place. We had a flying squirrel in our home and there were structural issues where they had chewed into our wood (live in a Barn) that needed repairs so they could not get back in. It turned out we had quite a bit of work to be done. Let me be clear about all the positives: They were timely in arriving to take care of the flying squirrels we had, they were very polite and professional, they took care of the pest problem, they notified us every time they were coming, they cleaned up behind themselves, and had good communication with my husband. Hey Guys, I want to share a recent and positive experience with "Complete Animal Removal." Recently, we had a damaged vent within the Soffit of our house. After repairing the vent we could still hear bird(s) in our attic. First, I contacted our pest control provider, "Americare Pest Control," who recommended us to "Complete Animal Removal." After a year of battling rats in my attic, trying out two different pest control companies, I finally found Complete Animal Removal on a Google search. I was skeptical after the last two pest control experiences. However, complete Animal Removal has been a much better experience. From the initial inspection to the final inspection, I found them to be more thorough, experienced, and personal able than any other company. But most importantly, since they began the work on my roof, I have not heard any rat activity in my attic! JB spent almost 3 hours at my house on the initial inspection, performing an hour long inspection, where other companies were here for approximately 20-30 minutes, and answering my dozens of questions, and hearing out all of my skepticism. We are so happy to have found Complete Animal Removal! They completely took care of the medium sized bat colony living in our walls and walked us through every step of the way. Our inspector, Cody, made several trips to our house to answer any and all questions that we had. I want to thank Complete Animal Removal services for everything they did to get rid of "the bats in the belfry" problem we had. We had a major issue with bats in our attics. I had a chipmunk invasion in the original (1934) section of my basement. The chipmunks dugs massive holes into the old foundation to build a home and store their nuts. Complete Animal Removal was relentless in solving our mystery animal sounds in our attic. Their technician, Collin, spent quality time with us explaining that the sounds we were experiencing were coming from squirrels which had found ways into our attic. He then started the process of finding the squirrels' entry spots into our attic, setting up traps to catch the little boogers, sealing up the entry holes, and cleaning up the mess in the attic.
