He then reached out to my tenant claiming that I, as the homeowner, was cheap and didn't want to treat everything and the duplex has moisture issues, etc. First off, it is not a duplex, it is a single family home. Secondly, If there were things I needed to follow up with, he needed to communicate that to me. Instead there was zero communication. Lastly, I was never cheap, I asked the price and I paid it, I even sought him out to make sure he was paid since I didn't get an invoice. I think he may have had the wrong property in mind when he responded, that's the only thing I can think but regardless, he won't follow up to resolve this and figure out what's going on. I have multiple properties, I fortunately do not encounter this level of unprofessionalism very often.
