He got in my backyard and when I approached him and asked where his permission was to enter my property, he said he did not need one. That it was not criminal trespassing. So if you want these people just to come into your property whenever they feel like it, hire them. Their customer service is extremely unprofessional. If they needed to remove 'their property' from my property, just like they harass you to get into a quarterly membership with them with emails and mail correspondence, they should also let you know that someone is coming and requires access to your backyard and the privacy of your home.

I never got an invoice so I went on his site and paid, never any communication with him. A month later my tenant messaged him and he said to text the address but never followed up, despite follow-up attempts. So I reached out as the owner and no response either. He then reached out to my tenant claiming that I, as the homeowner, was cheap and didn't want to treat everything and the duplex has moisture issues, etc. First off, it is not a duplex, it is a single family home. Secondly, If there were things I needed to follow up with, he needed to communicate that to me. Instead there was zero communication. Lastly, I was never cheap, I asked the price and I paid it, I even sought him out to make sure he was paid since I didn't get an invoice. I think he may have had the wrong property in mind when he responded, that's the only thing I can think but regardless, he won't follow up to resolve this and figure out what's going on. I have multiple properties, I fortunately do not encounter this level of unprofessionalism very often.
