Their interview process was so professional; talked me through everything upfront so I knew what to expect. Facility: very clean! My dog never comes home "stinky" even after a few days of boarding and all-day play. Also appreciate the ability to check on my doggy via the live feed cameras. Staff: so far everyone I've interacted with has been very nice. I was a helicopter mom the first time I boarded my baby with them and, in addition to stalking the live camera feed (I have no shame), Devin was patient with me when I called and gave me a play by play on how my dog was doing. My dog is not a runaway as the owner has mentioned. He's gotten out once in the past 6 years with our other dog - 10 minutes later he was sitting at our door. He was left outside all night alone and scared. WE ARE HEARTBROKEN and the owner has been unhelpful, defensive, and unprofessional. The sitter on the other hand, has been helping us look for our dog, but I don't see how that is suppose to excuse losing our dog? Nor is "I have insurance now" found him.

Henry, the owner, is incredibly accommodating and great at communicating. We have a few specific requirements that other groomers have ignored in the past, but they nail it every time. And you can tell they really care about the dogs--not just by with the attention to detail but the consideration for special circumstances like old and deaf dogs lol. We've used other mobile and big box store groomers in the past and it's all about turnaround, and my dog comes back wet and stressed, the special instructions ignored. That's never the case at Zoe's Pawfection. Other reviews completely contradict my experience and in all honesty seem suspicious.

I understand that groomers can be busy, but it would have been nice to been told that from the start that way I could have scheduled a different appointment. It was extremely disappointing to hear that even with a scheduled appointment (which I made a week in advance) that she would be locked up for over a couple minutes. My dog does not like being locked up, something that is painfully obvious if you even lock her up for a couple minutes. It feels like she was neglected the entire time she was there. Honestly if I had not called it I'm pretty sure she would have been locked up for longer. It was pretty disappointing to say the least.
