After months of working with several gas plumbers on determining the issue and attempting various fixes with our pilot light repeatedly going out, it was All Dade Plumbing that proved to be the most knowledgeable, professional, & worked efficiently in finally resolving our commercial water heater issue from replacing the old flue pipe hatter, adding a sediment T Trap and ultimately replacing the pilot light assembly. Toilet did not flush properly.  Called them.  Guy came out and ran the snake in the toilet.  It did not clear the debris.  For that, I paid $110.  I am replacing the toilet. Update: while replacing the toilet with a different plumber, the plumber discovered that the problem was the existing toilet was installed incorrectly. This was evident when the toilet was removed. The All Dade Plumber should have thought to remove the toilet to check whether the connection with the plumbing below the toilet. I did not think of suggesting it, but I am not paid to be an expert. The fact that All Dade did not do it is incompetence. read more

This is the second time I have called All Dade Plumbing, (different reasons), and the continue to be the BEST in my eyes!! They all are extremely responsive and professional. They are very clear and honest with the repair that is needed and how much it will cost. This time ADP was called for a leak in the garbage disposal and Daniel Phillips completed the service call. Unprofessional company in its dealings with the clients and also incompetent in terms of city permitting. They did a job and did not advise us that it requires permit from the city, as a result of which we are still dealing with the city officials and have been penalized for this. The work got completed but it took a lot of time and energy to get everything done. 1. They were called in to check on a valve that supposedly needed to be changed per dishwasher delivery team. They came, on time, checked the valve and said all good, no need to change. Told me delivery team should know better, that they'd come back to install it if needed. 2. After delivery team came back and said they could not install the dishwasher, All Dade came back to install it. They actually had to CHANGE the valve - had they changed it the first time, it would have taken 30 more minutes and saved everybody some headaches. And I would not have been charged twice. They came 2.5 hours late to install the dishwasher, after I was told they would come during first morning slot between 7 and 9. I had to call 3 times to get some response and before they eventually dispatched someone. 3. Dishwasher finally was installed. Sometime during install, the water heater tripped. The tenants told me that they never had hot water when they returned the next day. No one was in the house between dishwasher install and them returning with no hot water. I was told this is just a coincidence. Water heater has been on for 2 years without tripping once. Was charged again to switch it on. This has been a disappointing and time-consuming experience overall. read more

My elderly mom hired All Dade Plumbing to fix a leaking toilet. They replaced a gasket and charged $240 total, $40 to show up, $12 for the gasket and $200 for 2 hours of work. After I called to complain that this simple task should take 15-30 minutes, they said that the bill was correct and that furthermore the plumber had come with an assistant, which they didn't bill for. Apparently, the assistant was learning on the job and whole vocational lesson took 2 hours, which they happily billed to my elderly mom. Only time will tell if the quality of the work was acceptable, but their billing is certainly not. read more

I've had such great service and experience with this company. Have had them out several times for various plumbing issues and all was resolved timely and efficiently and all plumbers nice and respectful. Particularly love Brett and will request him going forward. I had an issue with the washer after he left (my fault not his) and called the office and he quickly called me back and told me how to fix (again something I did not him).
