You told me that you did not want photos of the toilets themselves; instead, you wanted me--a non-plumber--to remove the toilets and take photographs of the sewage pipes. The technician quickly fixed the broken water main, and a cracked sprinkler pipe and had us back up and running in about an hour. Since it was a weekend, I was expecting to be charged an arm & a leg but the bill was very reasonable and definitely less than I expected.
