I have been really happy with Malone's. We've taken my husband's car and my mother's car here in the past and always had great service. I had continued to take my Lexus to the dealer just because it was super convenient for me and I had a service advisor there that I could really trust. But, that recently changed when I learned my regular SA I'd been dealing with for years was gone and the dealer tried to completely fleece me for repairs that were not needed, they overcharged on minor stuff after quoting lower "out the door" prices and then got condescending with me. With this last dealership experience, I picked my GX up and promptly brought it to Malone's. What the dealership was trying to charge me over $2500 for, Malone's was able to fix for $750. That's a massive difference. Not to mention that they saved me another nearly $6000 in repairs that weren't even necessary, as it turned out. I greatly appreciate that Malone's is honest and will tell me what's important to do now and what can either wait or isn't an issue at all. Friday May 11th 2018 I just had my 2013 Mercedes E-350 A9 service performed by Maurice Graham and it cost me $319 and worth every cent! They did the entire service and then advised me that my rear brakes had 10% remaining and they could do it with MCB pads in an hour and I said go ahead. So the entire service and rear brake pads $319...never would have happened at a Mercedes dealer! Probably would have been north of $500 to $600 and would have taken longer. I made an appointment with Maurice at 7:50am this morning for a 2pm appointment and it was a great experience. Nice people! read more

I originally came here for a pre inspection before purchasing my Benz from a local used car dealer; Malones was recommended to me by a client who has used them for a long time. That was back in January 2010 and I've had the best experiences with them ever since. I found this business on YELP. I was in the area and needed to have the tire on my Mercedes GLK looked at. The reviews were excellent so I called. The owner "Don" answered an told me to come on in, even though they normally work by appointment. When I arrived I was really surprised to see that their main service business was european vehicles! Not only did Don repair my tire he gave me a real education around deciding on extended warranties and other considerations. Had it not been for my visit there, I would not have known my current warranty had expired. I view this is divine intervention because now I've found a place to take my car for repairs other than the expensive dealership. Malone's also appears to be a high-tech company and seems to have a really solid customer base! I always worry about being ripped off when it comes to auto repairs and being a woman. Malones is really fantastic to me. I used to take my Lexus to the dealership, but after the warranty ran out, their rates went through the roof! Malones was super fair, explained the problem, and had it fixed for WAY less. I've been loyal to them ever since. I don't think I've ever had a bill over $500. When I bought a new car and took it to the Porsche dealership, the very first "check-up" was over $500! It literally had NO problems. I called Malones, and they were happy to work on my Porsche. Thank goodness. My second tune-up was under $100!! I'm NEVER taking my cars anywhere else. They don't bill me for excess crap I don't need, they are reasonable, kind, and they provide a loaner if need be (free of charge). They even wash my car when they finish! My Lexus just hit 60,000 miles, the antenna was broken, the CD changer no longer worked, and I needed new oil and air filters. Total cost? Under $400, including labor. When I asked about fixing my rims and new tires on the Porsche, they told me that they would be happy to do it, but I might find better prices at other places like Discount Tire. How NICE is that?! I was sceptical at first, but after the first service I was sold. They always use Mercedes parts (which is important to me) and provide a loner when necessary. When my husband was in the hospital, they picked up his car for service and delivered back to our home as a convenience to me. They went out of their way to help me out. These guys are awesome! We've lived in Marietta for 19 years and Malone's has been my SOLE Mercedes servicing company for 17 of them. I own a '98 E320 and an '85 380SL. Nobody gets to touch them except Adam at Malone's. I recently had some complex repairs made on the '85 and the car works like a new one.
