Do not use them, worst experience ever. Interstate move, never told they would transfer to another truck. No communication about delivery dates. Truck showed up on a Sunday at 5 pm. Driver could not back the truck up took him 30 minutes. The were informed of the brand new tv, the morons stood in its end and put other boxes on top and of course the screen cracked. They take no responsibility and if you do not buy extra insurance they offer .60 a pound so a $2000 tv they offered $42.00. You can't truly judge a company on performance when things go well, without factoring how the operate under pressure or get through adversity. This company has failed under adversity on all fronts, from missing furniture, to moldy, damaged furniture, to poor customer service, to no customer service, and most importantly, no compensation. It unfortunately is too late in this instance but all I can do Is warn you to run, don't walk to ANYBODY else. Be prepared to deal with rude people. They gave me a good deal in NJ and they told me that I have to pay extra money for transferring my stuff if they need to rent a smaller truck to go inside the apartment complex. The truck stopped at side of the complex because my apartment is very close to the street and driver refused to touch any of my stuff till I paid $1300 extra money to the driver, assuming it is extra work for him. No truck was rented, or extra people were used. The driver is extremely rude person. I called Cathy in the office and the owner in NJ, and I told them what is going on. They said between you and the driver, and we cannot help you at all. In addition, I had few damaged furniture, and I filled the form they provided. It is piece of joke, and all lie. Our whole experience with All Direction Moving from our early conversations with Cathy, to our estimate, to our actual move was Horrible. To be honest, even a one-star rating is too generous. The interactions we had with their secretary, Kathy Peterson were probably one of the most appalling and horrible experiences we've ever had. She was extremely rude and also came off as somewhat prejudiced towards POC, with remarks such as "Do you understand What I'm saying, Do you understand English? Are you sure? etc... She was yelling at us on the phone for an issue that they caused. The owner Ron came himself to give us an estimate, saw the items in person but still misjudged the items needed to move, and sent only one truck. Due to their incompetence and inability to properly do the job we had to rent our own truck to move our belongings costing us more money and hassle. We hired his company to move, if we knew we'd have to move our stuff and deal with the nasty secretary, we would have just done it ourselves. Four guys came in to load and unload the stuff, They were sweet talkers, even though all the boxes were clearly labeled, they just put it wherever. They did not reassemble bed frames properly and broke the glass frames and one of my work desks. overall the experience was very negative and I would highly recommend find someone else for your move. read more

Well it is now 5 weeks and my things have not arrived. They pass me off to unreliable vendors and who knows where my things are, and in what condition. To Adam at All Direction Moving, When I called your company to get a quote to move a few of my mom's belongings, your company gave me a quote. I asked three times, to three different people, including you, if the quote was correct. Then, after your movers moved all of my mom's earthly possessions onto their truck, they presented me with a bill for five times the quote. When we called you and explained the situation, you blamed me for being naive enough to believe the quote. You told me I should be aware of moving costs and know that was too low. When we explained that my mom had just died you told us "aww, get a hotel room and hug it out". I paid you 5 times what you quoted. Because you had my stuff hostage. We signed up with All Direction (AD) to move our goods from Monroe to Hackettstown on Jun 17, 2018. Adam was very pleasant when giving us the quote. Jun 17 came and AD showed up at 9am with 2 trucks and 4 guys. The move went well - our goods were loaded by noon and the trucks were on their way to Hackettstown. The guys arrived at the storage unit at about 2:00. Our goods were unloaded quickly and by 3:00 they were done. There was another stop that had to be made which was completed by 3:30. I paid the movers with a personal check and at that point was very happy with the move. On Wednesday, Jun 20 I found that I had overpaid AD by 1-1/2 hours. I was charged for 8 hours instead of for 6-1/2 hours. From 9:00 to 3:30 is 6-1/2 hours and not 8 hours. I informed Adam of this on Jun 20 by email and he said that he would look into it when he got to the office. After several attempts to resolve this issue I was referred to Ron. I called Ron but spoke to Eli. He said he would relay the message to Ron. After some more emails and a phone call or two and some more excuses my issue is still unresolved. It is now Jul 7, a full 17 days since AD was advised of this problem. I am talking about a $270 overpayment and at this point I do not expect to receive my refund. I am not happy to write this review but feel this Is my last resort. I have decided not to pursue any legal remedies. I guess the moral of the story is make sure that any payment to AD is accurate otherwise you will not see any overpayment that is made. read more

I can't say enough good things about All Direction Moving company who moved my household in January 2021. On my first call to the All Direction I spoke with Kathy, the receptionist, who was so helpful and friendly -- I was sold on the company before the move. Even though I had to keep pushing back my moving date due to closing delays, they were so patient with me and held an opening even when they were booked solid. Even though my house was an hour away, the company sent a representative to come in person to evaluate what was to be moved. Since I have quite a few large pieces of art they were concerned that everything might not fit on one large truck, so they sent two for the same price! In addition, I was closing on the sale and purchase on the same day, so they sent and additional mover to ensure that I would get to my close in time for the banks to make the transaction that same day. To complicate things more, I asked them to move everything in the garage of my new home until all the popcorn ceilings were removed, and they came back with the same crew the next week to fully move me in. Kevin, the head mover kept saying, we are not leaving until everything is where you want it. The crew was kind and friendly and helpful with advice on home related issues. If you want your belongings to return in the same, pristine, condition they left, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! My furniture was very badly damaged. Only a fraction of the damage was professionally repaired. That which couldn't be repaid....oh well! I received no monetary compensation for cracked mirrors, crushed pedestals, missing items from my broken, bicycle saddle bag, etc. I was told that the repair pro cost more than my other damages, but, I wasn't permitted to learn the exact amount of his compensation??? I have moved my home and my business several times over the years and this was the toughest move yet. Thank God we found All Direction Moving to help us. Adam Mosley, the President of Operations was not only mindful of the stressful circumstances this move represented but he and his great team of movers were exceptionally upbeat, kind and respectful and quite willing to work with the changes and challenges. They packed, crated and moved our contents to 4 different locations: Temp storage in NJ, storage in Florida, with two stops along that Florida route to drop off pieces to family and to our current home there. I set up a color code system and his men were willing to work to mesh their system with mine to make the whole move much easier and eventually the receipt of all we moved much easier to identify and unpack. There was no down time, everyone worked with great commitment and tremendous caution to care for many heirloom and antique pieces that have great value to me. I think one star is too much of a rating for this awful company. My furniture was in new condition, even my antiques which were labeled and explained to the workers of the precious nature. They were careless and quick to put blame on damage being previously done. All our packaged items were marked with FRAGILE or GLASS and TOP LOAD ONLY, only to have boxed items stacked to the ceiling and upside down causing a shift of the items packed. After leaving my home and finding numerous damages to furniture, contacted the owner who advised me to contact their insurance company and also my homeowners. I absolutely refuse to have my insurance get involved since the movers should be solely responsible for repairs and costs involved with the issues. This company is a sham. Used to move to new property.initially move started smooth but thats where it ended. Upon delivering my furniture from their storage unit we discovered cracked furniture and the glass for my table top shattered in million pieces. It doesnt end there upon moving the furniture back into the house thats where all the damage occurred. They proceded to destroy my staircase the ceiling and walls goin up the staircase as well as the floor which i just had refinished. As far as the floor they ripped through numerous pieces of wood. So 2 ceilings sheetrocked wrecked, 2 walls sheetroxked wrecked the floor ripped up as well as 4 steps on staircase. Keep in mind all this after i just had the house renovated. Cost me over 2000 grand to have everythi g fixed and redone. After replacing the glass on my table i thought the company would stand to there word and pay for the damages through their insurance policy. WRONG AGAIN after constant calls i was told they were filing bankruptcy and havent heard from them again. By NO means necessary to i recommend this company. Moving Direct Van Lines, aka Red Gold Logistics, aka All Direction Moving LLC, sent me an estimate, sight unseen. The movers showed up a day late, after calling a couple of times just before they were scheduled to arrive to tell me they were running late, coming from the east coast. When they finally arrived, it was two guys in a Ryder truck. They loaded my things into the truck, but then told me that my things weighed more than the estimate said, and that they were charging me an extra $2000. (This was without going to a weigh station or anything; I don't know whether they were weighing things outside somehow. They didn't show me). They already had my stuff, and I had no car, so no way to follow them to a weigh station and check this. Once I got to Florida, I was expecting my things to arrive on May 8th. I didn't hear anything from them, and my stuff didn't arrive. When I called, they gave me the runaround; at one point, a week after the estimated arrival date, they said my stuff was in a warehouse in North Carolina, for some reason! I couldn't get any tracking information or anything. When my things finally did arrive, the movers (different guys, different truck) tried to refuse to move my stuff up the stairs, even though it was in the service order. Luckily, I'd gotten it in writing after the original movers added to my charges, that I wasn't paying a penny more and that they would handle everything. They still would have tried to scam me if I hadn't had a neighbor there backing me up. Later, I learned that they kept changing their name in order to avoid their own bad reputation. So any iteration of a moving or relocation company involving Eli Saban or Dave Gold... run. Avoid at all costs. read more
