She walked me through what she's going to do, asked me questions about what hairstyle/color I'd like and also pricing, which was straightforward and clear! I've always wanted to go cool medium light blonde with light blonde parts, other hairdressers made me go back 2-3 times and still didn't or couldn't get me the color I wanted, but Chloe did it on my first visit. Yes, she had me sold I'm loving it... she's either gotta mess my extremely long hair up or she just made herself a regular client... lol!! Okay now I'm anticipating the shampoo & conditioning.... You're correct no complaints there either, plus because my hair is so long I got to sit in that chair a little longer, lol!! It felt like he wasn't paying attention to what I wanted and just did whatever he wanted with my hair. I paid $165 for a haircut that I am extremely unhappy with and that will take a very long time to grow out and fix. After being a loyal client for so many years, this was really disappointing and upsetting. Again pulled over to wash out my hair and run home to wash it out three times. My hair line is messed up as well and unfortunately need Vaseline to take product off.
