My hair was colored significantly darker than what we discussed, and instead of the face framing I specifically requested, I was given a very blunt cut. When I reached out afterward to express my concerns, my messages were ignored. Eventually, I was asked to come back in to discuss the situation, but instead of taking responsibility or trying to find a reasonable solution, I was told there would be no refund, no recut, and no attempt to lighten or correct the color. What was most upsetting was the way I was spoken to during the conversation. I was told, "Who do you think you are?" and "What world do you live in?" I was also told that I did not deserve a correction. Mistakes can happen in the beauty industry, but what matters is how a professional handles them. I would have appreciated an honest conversation, an attempt to correct the work, or even simply being treated respectfully. Instead, I was left with hair that was very different from what I requested and felt completely dismissed when I tried to address it. Based on both the result and the way my concerns were handled, I would not return and cannot recommend this hairdresser.

We spent a lot of time talking about what I wanted and he took his time, asked questions, and didn't do anything that I didn't ask for. I can also say this salon has a really fun, cool vibe. It's relatively small and the space is cozy and welcoming. I am hoping this is going to be my new go-to for a long time for my hair.

That someone else was very unexperienced left chemicals in my scalp I had to pull over to the side of the road to wash it off. I left wet because she didn't even have moose or product in my hair only put oil. The diffuser fell on my head the owner dominque Watkins mouth dropped I then got upset and left. Again pulled over to wash out my hair and run home to wash it out three times. My hair line is messed up as well and unfortunately need Vaseline to take product off. I will never go back hete again I can't even fix it and dye my hair again for a while without causing damage and it's going to fall out. Train better hairstylist and dont over charge stating you can do curly hair when it's a lie. I'm the inconvenience because you are overbooked ? Don't be greedy owners and learn to train your staff

Maybe you could park somewhere else but when I'm paying $70-80 for just a cut, I'm not looking to walk down the street to my car. And this part of Scottsdale is always so busy. It's just not pleasant to drive there. So I'm finding somewhere else with a better location/parking.
