I understand that COVID is a factor and people may not be their normal selves at the moment. Nearly $200 and 4 hours later I left with hair that looked nothing like the style that I wanted. I know it can be difficult to match photos that clients bring in but she didn't even try. After I asked several questions she basically gave up and I walked out with my hair just blown dry. She didn't even style it. It was very awkward because she said she would curl it and then never did. I took a risk because I had never been here before and assumed since it was in Old Town it would be a decent salon.
