I worked with Miguel (aka Mikey). Here's all you need to know: If Mikey says he'll show up, he'll be there. If he says that he'll do something, it will be done. When you and he agree on an action plan, the job will get done within the timeline agreed upon. Mikey is a good communicator. He will tell you what he thinks is going on; and he will tell you the worst-case scenario, so you won't be surprised when they open things up. He is very busy, but he reponds to text or voice messages in a timely manner. I had a flooding event. It was all clean water--but that doesn't mean it wasn't any less destructive or distracting. Excellent service! There was water damage and mold under my kitchen sink, never had such damage before so I wanted to have the best care done to my kitchen. Miguel came out and did a thorough evaluation of the damage and provided a quick, reasonable quote in contrast to a quote that was close to $4K. In no way, was he pressuring me to go with his company. He was very transparent about what needed to be done, as well as what the worst case scenario would be, very communicative. I was very concerned about such a large undertaking and had so many questions day after day.
