I could not recommend Jared more! He was easy to get a hold of and schedule with. He walked me through everything, showed pictures of what my duct looked like and explained what he needed to do. My duct had a screen over it so he couldn't get the very top of it cleared with just his tools so he went on the roof to get it cleared. Our house was built in 2013 so we figured at the ten year mark that it made sense to get things checked out - our air ducts being one of them. Oh! And the dryer vent. It's typically suggested at about every 7-10 years depending on how old the house is to get these cleaned or so they say. But hey - we've got allergies (who doesn't) so it wouldn't hurt to clean up the air inside the house. There are only so many air purifiers you can have to clean it up on your own. Back to the review, reached out to 3 companies to get a quote. Jared was the one who was very communicative and upfront on pricing directly here on Yelp messaging. Nothing like "let's schedule a visit for a free consultation" or "call this number"... I just don't have the time and direct info is helpful. Pricing is based on what you want done and how much space you have. A bigger name in town quoted almost $800 for a 1,200 sq ft home. With that in mind as a comparison, I was quoted for $560 for all air ducts and dryer vent with a 2,800 sq ft house. Sold! Jared arrived a few minutes earlier than expected. Explained what he was going to do - showed us an example with the closet vents of how the process works. He brought his own booties - nice touch. Friendly with dogs. It will take a few hours but he gets right to it. Provides before and after photos. I had to go to work so I didn't stay for him to finish - but his window that he was there was 9am-3pm. My fiancee and I just moved into a new townhouse and bought a brand new washer and dryer from Home Depot. To our surprise, the dryer was not able to get our clothes dry even after running for a couple hours. After some research, we figured it was most likely the dryer exhaust duct that was too clogged for proper airflow. We found Jared on Yelp and noticed his stellar review score. His price seemed very reasonable so we scheduled him to come out and clean our duct. Jared arrived right on time. He was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He found out the main cause of our clog was a wire mesh screen at the end of the exhaust vent on the roof which was caked in lint. He went up there to remove it for us and show us how bad it was. Then he went to work cleaning everything out. All in all it took about 45 minutes. He even gave us some tips on how to maintain the duct ourselves so we don't need to have it serviced as often by a professional, which is not something I expected to hear from someone who makes a living on performing these services. Jared even informed us that the dryer installers used a type of exhaust duct to connect the dryer to the wall that wasn't as good as a more flexible type and advised me to go buy one over at Lowe's in order to make the seal better so lint wouldn't escape into the room. If you need duct cleaning in your home, Jared is the guy to call. We will be using him for any future cleaning jobs we need and recommending him to all our friends and family. We had some reno done at our house and after the third hideous allergy attack, we decided it was time to get our HVAC vents/ducts cleaned. I messaged some duct cleaning companies through Yelp and Jared contacted me. Four other companies that also contacted me each quoted well over $600 (one for over $700) for the 2 A/C units we have. Jared came in waaaay lower, to the point that made me a bit skeptical, thinking "whoa, how/why so cheap?" So then of course I checked Yelp for reviews of All Ducts, and when Jared confirmed that his price quote was "all in," I decided what the heck, I'll go with him. Appointment was for 2 days later, and he was prompt. Got stuck at the gate but that was my fault for not letting him know. He was so very thorough in everything, from explaining what he'll be doing, what the key problems are and what he'll be doing to remedy said problems, to what we could do in the future. We just moved into our home 2 months ago and not knowing how it was previously cared for, we decided to get the ducts cleaned for our own safety. Jared cleaned all of the vents by himself as well as the dryer vent. He spent 6 hours here in total cleaning the air ducts on our 2600 sq ft home (complete with before and after photos) and did an amazing job. We have a peace of mind now that we didn't have before Jared arrived.
