Anthony, Ryan, and Raymond did an amazing job. Having a new home, this was the first time my HVAC system was cleaned. They found minimal debris, and some leftover construction trash inside the vents, which they kindly removed. The crew was in and out in 90 minutes, and they tarped everything so there was no leftover mess. Price was not cheap, over $600 with gratuity, but you get what you pay for. If a lower priced company tears any of the ducts in your house, they likely won't tell you and eventually you'll be forced to get that tear repaired, which will be extremely costly. Ryan, Raymond, and Anthony also cleaned my dryer ducts for free (normally $80) which, from the post cleaning videos they showed me, was the dirtiest part of all the vents in my house. My only regret was having them team apply the "ocean scent" that they suggested. It does not smell natural, instead more like one of those chemically-scented hanging tree car air fresheners you get at 7/11, and if it were cooler I would open my windows to help disperse the scent more quickly. No fault of the company. This is likely more a personal preference thing. Note: After reading this review, Melissa immensely called me and offered to send out the team to remove the sent sheet. She said it was just a small patch located on the inside of the AC filter. She talked me through the simple process to remove the scent patch which I did in all of 15 seconds, and now I have the best smelling garage bin in all of Inspirada. That, my friends, is epic customer service. Thanks Melissa! I am leaving the above few sentences about the scent for future customers. Amazing customer service, was able to get me on the schedule immediately. Anthony and Ryan came to my home and inspected my dryer vent, determined there were a couple of issues and got to work right away. They were fast, friendly, and got my dryer vent cleaned out. We just got our air ducts cleaned by them. I called 1st Choice Air Duct Care and talked to Melissa who was tremendous in answering any and all questions and concerns I had about cleaning. My phobia is damaging the ducts and having air flow into my attic and never knowing it happened. Melissa assured me that they have done thousands of homes and they meter check before and after to verify that they didn't damage anything. And if for some reason there is damage, they will repair it as they are licensed and insured/bonded which is a major concern with those "price point" other companies. Anyway the crew came early, we were notified and kept informed every step of the way. They came in, introduced themselves, started bringing in tarps, coverings, and more to keep my tile clean, my chairs covered, and anything that could become dirty or dusty was covered and secured. Explained the process, started right away, everything was fast, efficent, and professional. Even cleand up the carpets after with a complete house vacuuming. We loved them so much we had our son's house done also. They cleaned just like ours and recommended new coils for the evaporator as his was corroded away (house ducts we never cleans in nearly 10 years we guess). P.S. we also cleaned our dryer ducts with them. VERY HAPPY with the results, very happy with this company, and will 100% recommend them in the future. Well, add this to the list of things I wish I had done 20 years ago! I cannot recommend this company enough! I will tell you why. I moved into the house brand new, used high quality filters and changed them religiously. We are a bit of "clean freaks" so keep a clean home. I felt my AC ducts "couldn't be that bad". Well, I was wrong. After construction, then tile floors, then fireplace remodels, then painting the whole interior, not to mention 23 years of "life" and pets here, this is what they looked like. What you are seeing in the videos are before and after of the air intake duct, What the bathroom toilet exhaust fan looked like and the cleaning of the evaporator coils. Now mind you, these evaporator coils are only 5 years old! Afterwards, the house had a noticed different "feel". The AC units even seem to run quieter! Why is 1st Choice the best? Besides the extreme professionalism and care they displayed from booking to cleanup, they beat the closest other price by a lot. They moved about the house with giant ladders and machines and not single wall bumped! They covered things with tarps from the floor to furnishings and cleaned up nicely afterwards.
