We used Yelp's project feature to find a company for a full air duct cleaning on our two-story home, and J&J was one of the first to respond. From the start, they stood out. They asked thoughtful, specific questions, provided a clear quote, and patiently answered all of ours (and we had a lot ). Gilbert and his teammate arrived right on time and kept us updated from when they were en route to when they arrived. They were professional, respectful, and detail-oriented throughout the entire process--wearing shoe covers, being mindful of our neighbors while setting up their equipment, and walking us through each step so we always knew what to expect. By the end, every duct in our home--including the dryer vent--was thoroughly cleaned. And the results? Immediate and noticeable. It's been just over a week, and my indoor allergies are completely gone. Before the cleaning, I was waking up multiple times a night going through boxes of tissues. At this point I'm informed that he arrived at 1:45 (8mins after my email notice) and the tech could not wait so he left. Are you kidding me? Where is the customer service? If you want to show up and leave properties you should be an Amazon driver because you are obviously not in the business to do any real work. DON'T HIRE THIS COMPANY!!
