I actually called in instead and spoke with the lovely manager Cassidy, she was very professional and super helpful with all 99 of my questions lol. She even booked my complimentary session for the same week & I made it my business on self love to go take care of me. Traveling & Greeting: Coming from Canarsie it was about a 45 min drive not too bad. I arrived to my appointment about 15 min early & was still greeted with a smile and warm welcome. Cassidy told me to take a seat and Miranda greeted me about 5 min earlier. Hospitality: The customer service was phenomenal I was so happy with how I was treated. Miranda made me feel super comfortable from the beginning to the end. She explained the equipment & the process and it was the best laser experience I've had so far.
