It was clearly written in my folder that only 4 of the 5 facials were redeemed, yet they refused to provide the service. I recently had surgery and was going there to relax. This wound up being a very stressful and upsetting experience. Lastly, I feel badly for the estitican who lost out on potentially booking someone else for the time slot and the generous tip I planned on leaving. Very BAD BUSINESS!!!

My first service was around Valentine's Day and they happened to be giving out roses and cake pops to every customer (pictured). The interior is very cute and clean! I'll have to take more pictures at my next appointment. The check-in process is done by simply scanning a QR code. All of the women I've encountered here are very friendly and accommodating.
